I have been taking a family friend to his sessions for almost a year now and everyone has always been so friendly. The coaches have been welcoming since day one. Andrew makes the sessions fun and personalized for him. The sense of community within the clients and coaches is something that doesn’t go unnoticed. Overall, I highly recommend signing up!Edit: It has been a year or so since my last review and the energy has continued. My friend has such a fun time every time and the positive energy the coaches bring is undying. They treat us like family and I’ve seen so much progress in fitness and personal growth in my friend.

With high humidity and impactful heat, I have not been as active and I have noticed a difference in balance, stamina, and strength. My friend shared with me her experience with Smart Fitness and the positive impact it has made in the areas I listed above. I made an appointment and met with Andrew. He was very encouraging and walked me through warm ups and exercises to get me back on track. My experience with Andrew was such that I joined that day. Both Andrew and Jonathan are so knowledgeable and although I am just in my third week, I am feeling more energetic and pleased with my progress. This added with 150 minutes a week of brisk walking are really making a difference. Almost 3 years ago now! I made a commitment to improve my overall health. In search of a “safe” workout, I found Smart Fitness. The coaches there are very knowledgeable, professional and excellent motivators. You surely can get stronger and more confident in just two, 20 minute, fun sessions a week. It is absolutely the best! Fit and fab at 64 years young! Best investment for my health, ever!You must try it to believe it. :)

I have always been very self conscious and felt like I would be judged going to a personal trainer. But I was sooooo wrong. Smart fitness team is small and quaint and I felt welcomed immediately! I am so glad I walked into their doors. They even let my kids come while I’m working out. They give them exercises to do and they pass out as soon as they get home. I love this place and the people! It’s only been about a month and I feel stronger already!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this gym and especially the coach. I bring my boss’s son, who has special needs, and the care, patience, and kindness he receives here are truly incredible.The coach goes above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, included, and confident every single session. He takes the time to understand his needs, encourages him with genuine enthusiasm, and celebrates every achievement, big or small.It’s clear that this is more than just a job he truly cares about the children he works with. Seeing the smile on his face after each session means so much to us. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact he has had. Great staff. Very knowledgeable! Well worth your time and money. Their genuine care and concern and goals for each client are emphasized with each training session.I recently had minor outpatient surgery and thanks to Smart Fitness my recovery was amazingly fast. When I was cleared to resume exercise they tailored my workouts to insure no surgical complications! Thanks to Andrew, Jonathanl!!!!

For years I drove past Smart Fitness wondering whether 20min 2x/week could really make a difference. When I learned that a friend went there and gave it high praise, I decided to try it out. Well after 15+ months of training with Jonathan, I can confirm this training works! I'm definitely stronger, continue to make strides and feel good. Best of all, I no longer hurt myself doing normal things my younger self took for granted. (Especially proud of getting my heavy carry on suitcase in the overhead compartment without assistance or taking someone out lol.) Plus on days when I'm especially busy or tired, it's easier to be motivated for a 20min session versus facing an hour long workout. The small time commitment along with the training results, keep me inspired to do my own cardio during the week in a way that works for me. Finally, I did a lot of traveling last year and was very grateful for the flexibility in scheduling make-up sessions. They understand that life happens, and go out of their way to find days/times to work with your schedule and help you get the most out of your membership.

Smart Fitness has given me the strength & flexibility to be able to work in my yard, wash my car, walk longer distances like I did when I was in my 50’s. My balance is much better and the ability to “catch myself” from falling has been tested numerous times with no falls! At 66 (almost an old lady) the pain of arthritis that has affected my knees, elbows and hips has become so much better! I’m still stiff in the morning but the movement I do at Smart Fitness has really helped. I have been encouraged to “just move” when at home and day to day life. Whether it’s getting up and walking around our house during TV commercials or while in the car, stopping and a quick walk around the car. I know park farther away from entrances so I get my body moving. I also participated in the Nutrition Counseling. I found that I was not eating enough lean protein each day. I increased that and cut back on sugar. I have had more energy just changing those 2 eating habits. I’m back to a healthier weight and eating habits.The Training Staff helped me rehab and recover from hip surgery and a torn meniscus in both knees.
