Great products excellent costumer service

We called and left three messages before we got a return phone call. We set up an appointment for the rep to come out and give us an estimate. The rep called 30 minutes after the appointment time and said he needed to reschedule to 4:00 the next day. He never showed up and never called. Horrible customer service! I’m so glad we went with their competitor!

Shane, the Birmingham owner of Garage Force, did an incredible job on our garage floor. He was meticulous, thorough, and took pride in his work. Shane went above and beyond to make sure every inch of our garage floor looked perfect. Shane was also polite, friendly, and professional. The owner, Shane, came promptly and assured me that repairs would not be a problem. He provided me what I thought was a very reasonable quote and he began repairs quickly. He also makes the process of selecting colors and finishes very easy because of his experience. The process took two days and Shane is very particular to make sure all the steps are done correctly. It is also great that the coating is guaranteed for life for wear or cracking. The end result is beautiful and changed the entire look of the garage. I have your basic two car garage. The owner Shane did the entire job. It took two days (no parking in garage those nights). Extremely easy to work with and he did a fantastic job. Floor looks great and I'm sure I will enjoy it for many years.
