I've received my Rosie's Whispers: Past life Companion Reading and I'm blown away. From the beginning of the reading, it made sense why I have a strong connection with my Cat, Saffron. I have always said that she is the feline version of me and receiving this lovely reading explains why. From Rosie Whisper's and Joanne's strong connection with her, the messages are clear and there are things mentioned in the reading that I've never told anyone else. Presented in a beautiful format, I would encourage everyone to receive their own reading. Thank you Rosie, Joanne, Daisy and Penny x

I had a reading from Jo channeling Rosie. I had two one from my furbaby who had crossed over the rainbow bridge Jessica and one still with me Katniss. This was such an incredible and insightful reading. I really connected with both my girls and why they have been with me in previous life times and why Katniss is here now guiding me. It resonated so much. The previous lives I’ve had are all the things I’m interested in, in this life. It was an incredible and insightful experience but also emotional as I felt so connected to Jessica and have an understanding of why the have had previous lives together. I cannot recommend highly enough having a reading. It’s a very unique and special insight. Thank you so much Jo and Rosie.

Ariel's Remote Bio resonance & Aura Insight Report was incredibly thorough and deeply insightful. As she is our new rescue cat, we were concerned about her adjusting to her new environment. The report confirmed some of the things we had sensed and uncovered and clarified some deeper emotional layers we hadn't fully understood. The guidance was clear, gentle and supportive. Since the session, Ariel has become noticeably more grounded and at ease. It's brought a deeper sense of connection and trust between us which is something we are truly grateful for! Thank you so much

I have just finished my reiki diploma with Joanne at The Full Spectrum. I can’t thank Joanne enough she was there for me right from the start. Joanne is very professional in her training and I’m sure she got fed up with all my questions but she was always there to answer them. I will be continuing my training with the full spectrum I’m doing Crystal Therapy Healing next I can’t wait. I would strongly recommend The Full Spectrum for your training.

I have been coming to Jo since November when I had my 1st vaser lipo surgery on lower legs for post op lymphatic drainage. Other than being a lovely welcoming lady, I highly recommend Jo for anyone in need of post op MLD. After my first op it helped reduced swelling and bruising over time and increased circulation to promote healing. I also felt lighter in myself and less sluggish. After learning the benefits from Jo of MLD I've continued to have monthly sessions and this has helped with water retention and reduce swelling with my lymphodema. I have just had my second vaser lipo on my stomach and in my first session alone there was a visible smoothness to my stomach and I feel less bloated. I wouldn't use anyone else for MLD, it's a calming environment and a great way to have some me time.

I’ve been coming to Joanne for a couple of years now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I go for reflexology every 3-4 weeks to help relax, destress and to aid with long term pain in one of my feet. I wouldn’t be without my treatments and would recommend Joanne!

I can highly recommend the pregnancy treatments which served me Very well during both my pregnancies. Very highly recommended.

I suffer with several issues with my back. causing daily pain and stress. I was told by a family member about Jo at The Full spectrum. I have now been going for about a year. I started off with sessions on my back every 2 weeks. Now I go once a month for a hour long massage. Jo always asks where my issues are and will make sure she pays extra care to that area. I thoroughly look forward to my monthly visits. such a relaxing experience and such a lovely lady.

Jo is certainly amazing at what she does! Being a sufferer of fibromyalgia I am in constant pain, however treatments with Jo are of great benefit to me and have helped minimise flare ups massively. Jo is great at ensuring she uses the right approach / pressure to maintain comfort at all times. She is also very professional. I always feel very relaxed and in a non judgemental environment. I would highly recommend 😊

I have recently completed my VTCT Massage Therapy course at the Full Spectrum Centre. Jo is an amazing teacher - calm, professional and put you at ease every step of the way. I have had a complete career change and Jo has supported me every step of the way and she always said “no question is a silly one if you don’t know the answer”. I am continuing my studies here moving onto Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. I am so glad I found The Full Spectrum Centre as I really do think the teacher makes all the difference.

I have done quite a few classes with full spectrum but the greatest was the reiki courses which I completed around 6 years ago. It was an absolute pleasure to receive my training by a wonderful patient trainer (Joanne Lee who took the time to explain everything in a calm and peaceful way as I was a mature student. I am so grateful. Thank you xx
