We stumbled upon this site when trying to fit the right criteria for a family getaway. The filter options were better than many of the big sites and gave us the rentals exactly where we were looking to stay. Pricing was much more accurate as well without the multiple extra fees the other sites all add on at the end. Beautiful options for families trying to stay close the beach. I just stayed there didn't, actually deal with company that was my brother, or more so even his wife. But place was super nice, clean, all new furniture, appliances, TVs Etc. Would deal with this company again. Less

Our security deposit was witheld for more than 30 days without a proper explanation (only few/vague responses). To this day they haven't provided recipts or formal letter for witholding it. We tried to reach out to Shore Summer Rentals about the issue and they basically said "it's not my problem". This was a very frustrating and disheartening experience for our group to see how anyone can abuse the system in shore summer rentals. NEVER booking here again. Less
