Fantastic service throughout. I was sceptical but I'm so glad I did. My old rug has been in the family forever and was severely in need of a clean/refurbishment. It was a wreck and I genuinely thought it was time to let it go. It stank and was stained from years and years of use. It had lived with 5 dogs and two in house smokers for a decade of its life before handing over. I never knew this level of in depth rug cleaning company existed, only for a recommendation from a friend at work. It was collected promptly, gone for just over a week and came back like I remember laying on as a child 30+ years ago. Unbelievable. It stank horrid and it came back to me like I'd just bought a new rug. Unbeleivable! Colour's were faded, all now vivid and rich. It's crazy, I'm over the moon with the service and thankyou everybody there for giving this heirloom a new lease of life! You can't buy rugs like this anymore as I'm sure you know! Worth every penny.
