Customer service second to none. We needed a rather filthy and very large (4 x 5m) Iranian carpet rug cleaning. Because it was so large it was difficult to clean and the first time it came back there were areas I wasn't completely happy with. With no quibble they came back to pick it up bearing in mind they had to travel to Lincoln, and gave it another clean, and it's come back so much better.. Staff at the office and the drivers were great, very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend then highly enough. Good value and excellent service.

The Rug Spa Company took my fifty, rug that stunk of dog and have transformed it and it looks like new. It was an expensive shaggy rug that you can't clean with a steamer and they have saved it from the tip. It smells fresh and looks like we've just purchased it so I'd definitely recommend this local company for rug cleaning
