Researched for ages to find a cleaner for my rug, Although the rug was only about 3yrs old it was very deep pile and was looking absolutely filthy. I always hoovered it and even tried cleaning it myself with a carpet shampoo machine but it just seemed to get worse. The pile on the rug had flattened so much I even tried raking it ! I was actually going to throw the rug away but it was expensive and I loved it. I contacted the RugSpa after reading previous reviews and also because of the convenience of them collecting my rug from my home address and returning it also. I received my rug back today and all I can say is WOW !!!!! The rug is absolutely spotless, the pile has returned and the colour is so fresh. The service was professional from start to finish and the price was extremely reasonable. The clue is definitely in the name ' Rugspa' because this rug has definitely had Spa and not just a clean !! Not one for writing reviews at all but I would feel like I have let this rug company down if I didn’t the service was that impeccable. Asked for a quote - received same day Accepted quote - following day I received a text to say the rug was being collected. Driver reached out when 30 mins away. They had the rug no more than 10 days and I received the bank details to pay or was given an option to pay the driver. Rug was then delivered the following day in pristine condition. Again driver reached out to say he was on his way. Genuinely brilliant service - what a great service you have! Well done!👏🏼 I will 100% be using you annually. Thanks Less
