Rug was expertly cleaned and given a stain guard protection. It looks brand new. Picked up by Peter and then dropped off, turnaround much better than stated - helped us out as we were running out of time. Customer service updates were also helpful

The experience was surreal. From the quotation, pickup, delivery and payment, it was all detailed and stress free. Another bit i love is the fact that they keep you informed and updated all the way. PREMIUM service in my opinion

I found the “rug spar” company to be very efficient from the first phone call, coming out to price up, picking up the rug and returning it two weeks later, I’m very pleased with the process, although the rugs weren’t terribly dirty they did have some dark areas which are now back to how it was when new so I’m very happy with them. Iv had the sister company “smile carpet cleaners” back to do the carpets upstairs and on the stairs Andy arrived on time did great job, was very polite and informative, I have also booked in to clean the sofa in a couple of weeks… if your looking for this service don’t hesitate to use them.
