Absolutely outstanding experience! Our restaurant carpet sees constant heavy foot traffic, so it had become extremely dirty and looked beyond saving. I honestly didn’t think it could be restored — but the results were nothing short of incredible!The rug cleaning team worked absolute magic and completely transformed it. The carpet looks fresh, vibrant, and almost brand new again. It’s like they brought it back to life!Professional, efficient, and truly impressive service. Customer service second to none. We needed a rather filthy and very large (4 x 5m) Iranian carpet rug cleaning. Because it was so large it was difficult to clean and the first time it came back there were areas I wasn't completely happy with. With no quibble they came back to pick it up bearing in mind they had to travel to Lincoln, and gave it another clean, and it's come back so much better.. Staff at the office and the drivers were great, very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend then highly enough. Good value and excellent service.
