They were hired to haul and clean an 800 sw ft store and while they did take things away, they failed to clean the space with the level of detail I had requested in the past, and that was paid in full. I had trusted them because they had worked with me before and they always provided images. This time, it didn’t happen and I walked into my space to find everything you see in these images. Baseboards were not cleaned, floors unclean, dirty rags left in my space, window sills unclean, and the list goes on. Offering me a 10% discount as some consolation price is insulting. Called for post construction cleaning. Three lively ladies can to our apartment and worked diligently on dusting walls, woodwork, shelves, window treatments and rugs.floors. They were very thorough and helpful.

The workers were on time and very thorough with cleaning my Son's home. I paid for the Deep Clean whole house experience and it was well worth the money. I would definitely use OUI again if they could promise me that I would get the same two young ladies. I am so sorry I can't remember their names but those two young woman were very very good.

I use Oui Clean for our AirBnb unit, and it has worked out great. They are flexible and accommodate my timing and sometimes last minute needs. Its great to be able to choose a regular cleaning for our frequent turnovers, but also I can schedule a deep cleaning occasionally to make sure things really stay sparkling!

My apartment usually looks much cleaner after I clean it myself, which was very disappointing. I wiped my windowsill down with just vinegar and the rag was dirty. My radiators were still dusty and had not been dusted, light switches still had fingerprints, fridge handle still had prints, and there were marks all over the walls that easily wiped off when I cleaned them afterwards. Only 30 min late but very detailed on dusting and cleaning all floors. Polite and kind. Would use them again! I would recommend them using 3 vs 2 for a 2,000-3,000 ft job as it took longer than expected but was pleased with the results!

I asked to reschedule, but let them know that I am unable to clear my work schedule to block time for their arrival if they do not arrive during the previously agreed upon window. They rescheduled to the following week, and proceeded to arrive an hour and a half before the scheduled time for their cleaning. This is ridiculously unprofessional on behalf of the scheduling service, who texted me to let me know that my team was running early or late each time. Your customers have schedules, and they have their own workdays. If I hire someone for a service, I would appreciate if our previously agreed upon parameters are followed. If you make appointments with your clients, be on time and follow them, or don't make appointments at all. Clearly not a one-time problem - recurring issue of their inability to administratively schedule their cleaners appropriately. Very willy-nilly day-of scheduling. The stress of unpacking plus having the clean while unpacking, while babies are crawling on the disgusting floor was too much for me to handle. My other kids’ feet were black from walking bear foot on the floors (I have time stamped pictures as proof). I also have pictures of the filth that was supposed to be cleaned throughout the house. This service was August 23, 2021. I got 3 quotes using Yelp for move out cleaning services. ($225, $250 and $350). Oui Clean was the most expensive but had the most thorough list of services provided to include cleaning inside of appliances. Their quote also didn't passive-aggressively imply tipping was needed to pay their cleaners a fair wage. I accepted the quote and called the company where I confirmed the information I gave on the Yelp form. The quote was raised to $380 but the company honored the earlier $350 price. I left instructions for the lock box combo at the time of confirmation. I was charged a $70 deposit to schedule the cleaning. Around 9am, day of the service I was called to repeat the lock box combo info and it was only good fortune that I was available to answer the phone, normally I am not by my phone during the day. Around 1pm, I was charged the balance of the service and figured I could do a few more move out tasks. The cleaners were not even close to done. This isn't a criticism of their speed, I find it awkward that I paid for a job that wasn't complete at the time. Fast forward a few days later I meet with my landlord to accomplish final move out. He tells me that the cleaners made a point to complain to him. Their complaints were: 1)the house was too dirty, I had moved everything out of the house and paid for the most expensive cleaning for that reason. 2)They didn't eat, nowhere was I informed that I had to provide lunch for them. 3)they were only paid $200 and had to Uber $25 each way to come to the job, I'm not sure how they came to these numbers but $350 was what I paid. They made a point to paint me as some sort of villain who was effectively paying them $7-$8/hr fo their time. Fortunately, my landlord is a level-headed guy and talked to me about this. I was embarrassed of what he must have thought of me. He also, showed me where the refrigerator was still dirty. The rest of the house was very clean. This is my experience with this company and I would only recommend them with caveats. Less

I needed all the carpets cleaned as well as a deep clean of the kitchen and bathrooms. There was a new tenant coming by to see the house and I wanted it looking as good as possible. Oui was able to come out the same day, on a Saturday. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule me. The work was great. Everything looks brand new and the house smells great!

The job was very quickly done but but not thorough. Some areas such as a toaster, kitchen sink faucets and bathroom faucets are either not cleaned or not properly done. I had to clean them myself after the crew has left. Also, the crew cleaned a few items left in the kitchen sink but none was dried and put away. I will not employ them again.

Very well done and it let to my deposit being returned in full.

Oui Clean is very easy to hire and communicate with. The cleaning services will depend on the team that you get, some of them better than others, but overall they do a great job.

Let me tell you, I was very Impressed! 3 cleaners showed up with a bunch of tools, cleaning supplies, they came prepared and that put me at ease. During the cleaning they moved all my furniture to clean behind them and under them. My house is 4000 sqft so cleaning it is a nightmare!
