Musclecamp Crossfit is a great place to workout and improve your health! CrossFit can seem intimidating or scary, but Rick and the other coaches provide a safe environment that teaches the fundamentals. Everyone who works out there makes it a fun place to workout and is very encouraging! I highly recommend this gym!
I want to add to my review with some new thoughts on their nutrition program. Nutrition has been the biggest battle for me in my fitness journey. With their nutrition program, Rick and Courtney helped me develop some habits that have completely changed my thoughts on nutrition. They don’t restrict foods, they help you realize you can enjoy foods we normally restrict in a healthy manner with smaller portions, but also doing other things like 1/2 a plate of veggies. I used to get nervous about going on social outings because I used to overeat. By following the plate method, I was able to enjoy my food and leave not feeling bloated. The accountability from Rick and Courtney, along with others doing the program made it worth it because we could share recipes, meal prep tips. Courtney explained the movements and the wod thoroughly and made sure we all had correct form! During the workout she made sure we did as well and was encouraging throughout!

Rick had us warmup in a good amount of time before we did some skill work. I really like the pull up progression he led us through. He explained the two lifts in the workout very well and made sure we were warmed up enough by progressing in weight before we started the workout. A great Saturday workout!
