We were very pleased with the service we received from Envision. Our salesperson, Alex, stayed on top of the details and assisted along the way. The painters were polite and courteous and did a great job on our home. We would not recommend using the colour consultant provided by Envision but were otherwise very happy overall.

Our strata complex had an excellent experience with Envision Painting! Our West Coast-style wood-panelled buildings were overdue for staining and trim painting. Craig (owner) put us at ease right away and helped strata council work through all logistical challenges. From the initial quote to the final walk-through, all personal interactions were of the highest professionalism. The quote document itself stood out from others for its high quality; we received a detailed PDF with photos, proposed products, taxes, and costs. Once the project started, one of Envision’s big strengths was frequent, accurate communication. As clients we had access to the owner, project manager, office manager, and onsite foreman. All questions were answered promptly, either via email or a chat on the property. Craig even stopped by to check in one day. Projected timelines were executed; workers were here every day and on-time. The staging area was keep clean and tidy without fail. The foreman (our wood specialist) and painters were friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable over the many weeks onsite. They worked tremendously hard on our project, overcame all obstacles, and cared about producing a first-rate product. We are so happy we chose Envision. Our buildings look renewed and refreshed (like new!) and we feel like we had a brilliant experience. We look forward to working with Envision again in the future, as wood needs regular maintenance to look beautiful and be protected.

Their attention to detail in the work provided by Aaron, left us with a finished paint job on the exterior surfaces of our house that we are very happy with.
