I never want write a comments. But I have to said here. This office racist think asian didn't know nothing about the law. We call them to service my plumbing is stuck. So I asked for the fee estimate. The lady in office said free trip. We didn't signed any paperwork yet. An hour tow service guys came to estimate for$1250 just drained. I said can't affordable prices too much. Then turned around wanted to paid fee. I told him you office or whatever your boss don't mention fee estimate. And that's guy with left hand a lot tattoo sai dirty and treating me as he has the gun on his car. If I don't paid. Then he left and slammed the door is broken now. I called the officer came make report for issued.. I had a security camera in the back and called the landlord the door damaged. Now I have information, video of this guy did. Harassment the customer, treated customer with gun. Now I have a case number of officer. I will take them to the court and provide everything else I have in hand. And the customer attend that time saw everything else happened the guy did it. He will be volunteer for witness if police wants more information. Less

My 85 year old neighbor just used this company to replace the guts only in his toilet and they charged $427. This is ridiculous. He has called around to a few more plumbers (too late because he already paid them) and they all said under $200. Ripping off old people is not ok. If you still choose to use this company be sure you get the price ahead of time as these guys told me they charge by the job, not the length of time spent . The website said free estimates. That is misleading when you actually charge a very high fee for estimates.I asked for the price of services and the receptionist said the technician would give me a price once he assessed the situation and I do understand that . That should have prompted her to tell me about the diagnostic fee of $279.00 !!! That is NOT ok Less
