Our A/C went out unexpectedly. BCD responded to our service call the next morning, right on time. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of our property. He spent a fair amount of time inspecting our system, and shared what the issue was with a complete estimate. He completed the repair and explained all the steps he took. He also made a suggestion for a future repair that would prevent our issue from reoccurring (it's happened several times). We were very pleased with the service, the technician, and the follow up after the service call was completed. We would highly recommend BCD for any A/C issues!

On2 12-in duct was undone an insulation was gone about 3 ft worth. Was told there was nothing they could do the only thing that could be done was to install all hard duct and it would cost roughly $2,500. So with my children in the home I decided to climb under the house myself and see what was going on went to the store spent $125 and 30 minutes later my air was working perfect again received their quote this morning for over $9,000 for something that took me less than 30 minutes and 125 bucks.
