On2 12-in duct was undone an insulation was gone about 3 ft worth. Was told there was nothing they could do the only thing that could be done was to install all hard duct and it would cost roughly $2,500. So with my children in the home I decided to climb under the house myself and see what was going on went to the store spent $125 and 30 minutes later my air was working perfect again received their quote this morning for over $9,000 for something that took me less than 30 minutes and 125 bucks.
