On2 12-in duct was undone an insulation was gone about 3 ft worth. Was told there was nothing they could do the only thing that could be done was to install all hard duct and it would cost roughly $2,500. So with my children in the home I decided to climb under the house myself and see what was going on went to the store spent $125 and 30 minutes later my air was working perfect again received their quote this morning for over $9,000 for something that took me less than 30 minutes and 125 bucks.

BCD Services my unit twice a year, so when my upstairs unit was not cooling, I called to get someone out the next day. Sawyer was able to figure out the issue and quickly got me a solution. Absolutely LOVE LOVE this company! I’ve never had such happy go lucky upbeat workers as the employees I’ve experienced with them. And I love its family business! Sawyer who is who usually comes out for twice a year routine maintenance and who was one of the few guys who initially installed the new HVAC unit to our house.. he is a gem! Rare you have workers that *Do the job *Do it correctly *usually in and out quick work *insanely friendly and polite and *get right out to fix any issues without (for lack of better words)dicking around 🤭 I’m so happy we lucked out with this company to install the hvac system because the next decade maintenance is with them on our new unit and I know who I’ll be seeing each time and as a female having male workers that don’t make you feel uncomfortable coming when entering my home is just another added bonus. I can promise you won’t regret choosing this company if you’re in need. Nothing but positive reviews from us as a few year customer now 👏
