I’ve had my policy for many years. I initially took out the accident and cancer policy because of the type of work my husband did— he’s had his share of accidents over the years. I have a cancer policy that I took out 4 years ago, sold to me by an agent who is no longer with the company, and when I needed to use the policy the company paid out exactly as expected. I had a follow up call from Patrick today to review the policy and ensure that I had received every benefit coming to me, which I had, but also to make sure that I had a complete understanding of the policy. Its service like that which makes me appreciate having a great agent/agency/company to work with!
