Melissa was unbelievably helpful and organized helping us plan our European trip. We gave her a budget and she stayed within it and didn’t try to up sell us on anything. She was straight forward which we appreciated. Our trip went so smoothly; things we never would have ever thought of were taken care of. She went above and beyond on our return as we had to change a flight, and she worked with us even though it was the middle of the night for her. Our trip was perfect!!!
