Extremely thorough. On my first visit, Dr Walters took about 20 minutes to sit down with me and ask me my medical history and issues with my neck and back. Then she took the time to look at my spine and posture and everything before she even laid me down for stim and heat. Her adjustment massage and stretching really helped me even after just one visit. Saw Dana for a neck treatment. Ended up worse than when I got there. I found her arrogant and cold. The shop seemed dirty. Lots of things being sold. Very gimmicky. Definitely not going back.
