A long over due review .I have been seeing Jun for treatment on and off since since Decemer 2023. Being a Chroinc pain sufferer for over 7 years with limited pain relief and taking a multitude of medication and treatments that have minimal effects I was willing to try anything to help manage my pain levels. Since having treatments with Jun my quality of life has been made so much better ,things we often can take for granted like cuddling my daughter ,lifting my arm above my waist were not possible due to pain. I also suffer with sleep deprivation as whole body including legs jump around at night ,heightening my pain even more. I was sleeping for 3 hrs at most at night but now can be as many as 6 hrs on my better days. Jun has not only treated me but taught me strategies and appropriate exercises to support my treatment inline with my health issues . Today I attended with severe head and neck pain this is something that has flared up before but and has been stable and manable. The past couple of weeks turning my head has proven very difficult and painful even leaning my head back on back of a chair aggravate it. Today this has calmed down after treatment and given appropriate exercised to do before my follow up next week. Jun is very approachable, professional and most importantly he cares. Jun is a genius! He has helped me with several pain problems, the most serious of which is an arthritic sacroiliac joint that affects both the joint itself and my lower back. The pain can be debilitating and soul destroying. Before meeting Jun, I had already seen a physiotherapist and I have regular hospital rheumatology consultant appointments, none of which was able to relieve the pain. Jun is able to give very significant relief in one session, and two sessions results in a huge decrease in pain levels which can last for a considerable time. The only downside is that I'll either have to stay living in this area for the rest of my life, or travel a long way to Jun's clinic if I move house, because I honestly can't imagine trying to manage without him. I have held off writing a review until the results started to show - which they have 👍 It's taken a while, so this is not a quick fix, but I have enjoyed all of my appointments with both Dan and Jun during the process. I can now feel improvements in my hip and back pain that the osteo and massage therapists that I was seeing previously had not managed to address. We're not out of the woods yet, but we're well on the way. As well as being an extremely knowledgeable professional, Jun is also caring, considerate and a really nice guy - I couldn't recommend him and Dan more highly. Less
