Really enjoyed my 1st session. Very well structured. 6am class is hard enough as it is. We were straight in to get to work. Loved it. Coffee by 7 at home.

Thank you to you and your team @fitfactorybrentwoodWe all loved it. I’m so proud of my team. Saturday 7th February was a first for most of them. They made me proud! 😍👏🔥What I love about this event more than any other event is that you have a judge counting your reps, ensuring you are meeting the standards and cheering you on. You have this nailed guys 👏Also thanks for the goody bag at the end. It’s a real nice touch. I definitely enjoyed the sugar hit after the race!!

Such friendly coaches, and the best classes. Have made so many friends through this gym! My personal favourite are the hyrox classes, perfect to prepare me for my races as well as having lots of fun doing it
