⚠️ SCAM ALERT – BEWARE!I came here with severe lower back pain. Before visiting, I called and checked their website. TWICE they confirmed the total price was $25 all-inclusive (both on the phone and again at the front desk).Here’s what actually happened:• For that $25 they only did an X-ray and refused to adjust my back the same day. They told me to come back tomorrow. Why would I pay and waste time today just for an X-ray?• I insisted it must be done the same day, so they scheduled me again for the afternoon.• During the second visit, the doctor told me my pain was caused by an “extra vertebra” and that the reason for it was my height (6 feet). This is complete nonsense — I have had multiple medical exams in my life and my spine is absolutely normal. The explanation was laughable and unprofessional.• When I finally asked for the actual adjustment — the only reason I came there — they demanded an extra $69, even though I had been guaranteed $25 “total price.”• When I confronted them about this obvious scam, the staff literally said: “We have to pay rent somehow.” I was shocked — this is not healthcare, it’s a money-grab scheme.• As I was leaving, they suddenly offered me a “special promo” for $29. Prices change depending on how desperate you are.BOTTOM LINE:• Old, outdated equipment• Zero professionalism or real medical knowledge• Dishonest billing and bait-and-switch tactics⚠️ This place is NOT about patient care. It’s about squeezing as much money as possible from you. Save yourself the frustration — avoid this clinic at all costs.

I can not recommend this business enough. The staff is extremely caring, accommodating and they really listen to your concerns about your body. I came in with a bad case of “tech neck” and my spinal X-rays showed my neck curving the wrong way )^: ! It’s been about 3 months of working with me on what I can afford for my treatment plan and I don’t wake up or go to bed in any pain anymore. I’ve only tried the chiropractic services at this location, but I’ve heard great things in all departments. The staff is the most caring, well put together staff I’ve seen in a medical setting in quite a bit of time. Thanks for all you guys do!! <3

I've showed up here in pretty bad shape before and between the physical therapy and adjustment, I was able to walk out the door standing up, rather than hunched over. I highly recommend.

The chiropractor in this office at suite 103 did an adjustment and hurt my back in 2013. It harmed my sleep and I had trouble walking. It eventually receded on it's own. It's one of the reasons I lost my job a few months later 😭. Another chiropractor agreed that I can sue them. I don't know if this is still that practice or if the same practitioners are still here. I do recall that it was a woman who did the adjustment. I probably should have gotten an MRI but I didn't know better. 😭

I have dealt with severe back pains since I was in early High School, particularly in my mid to low back area. The staff helped me out tremendously with both their chiropractic care, therapy treatments, and even their wellness program! They are my go to for chiropractic care.

I was skeptical about the weight loss program, but ladies and gentlemen…. all I can say is just trust the process. Harriett is one of the most sincere and pleasant human being you’ll ever meet. Guys, no one is forcing me to say these things. If you want to learn how to cut out most or eliminate carbs and sugars, please trust me, visit Complete Healthcare Medical Center and Duluth location and sign up for the weight loss program. Afterwards, come back and thank me. It may start off slow, but after the first week…it will get better.
