I needed a service technician to swap TVs on a wall mount. I called Gorge Audio Video because I love to support local businesses. Ryan showed up at my house on time and ready to work. He efficiently sized up the job then proficiently executed my request. The newly mounted TV was both secure and all streaming services available. David, the owner, was quick to respond and flexible with scheduling. He did the original install of all our audio and video equipment 10 years ago. It was time to replace the tv, troubleshoot the sound system, remove unused components, and reprogram the universal remote. Ryan completed a lot of work before David arrived to help with the tv and refreshing the setup on a 10-year-old universal remote. Found a dead subwoofer and some bad wiring connections. Fixed those and ordered a new speaker. The final install looked very clean, level, and straight. The total cost was very reasonable and I would strongly recommend them.
