We really enjoy going to the fitness class. Josh is fantastic and he really helped us improve our health numbers. He really pushes us to do better but gives us time to pick up the speed slowly.

I am grateful to Josh and Wilcox Fitness. I have been attending the group workouts and look forward to these. I am more informed about my health and workouts, continuing to learn more each time.
