One of the best experiences we have had with a home remodel company! Our roof was replaced by them on 7/5/23. Everyone we had contact with did a terrific job! We met Brian at the home show and he was our contact through the whole process. He was amazing! He led us through and told us all the expectations and how it was all going to work. Everything he said was spot on. He wasn’t just the sales guy. He was friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him over for a beer! 😁 He was out there the day of and came back the day after to check on the work. In addition, Sam was the foreman of the group that was working on the roof and he was friendly and really knew his stuff and was joyful in his work! He was there all day working with his team and if we had a question, was quick to come and answer. He even came back in the early evening after all were gone to make sure more nails got picked up and inspected everything to make sure all was done right. The roofers didn’t talk to us (except Sam) but they were very respectful and did a beautiful job on our roof. They were supposed to be there at 6:45 and were there at 6:30. They were fast and efficient and done by 3:30! The one thing I would do differently next time is to cover the plants next to our house with boards before they put the tarps down. All of our plants took a beating from the old shingles falling off the roof and the electrical cords snaking around the house. While our plants will reblossom next summer, they are lost for this season. They also accidentally stepped on 2 of the downspouts and crushed them but they replaced them same day. The owner of the company, Robert, also called us the day before the materials were delivered to let us know what was happening and the day after the project was completed to check that all was done to our liking. We loved this company and would highly recommend them to anyone! We will be using them again if the opportunity arises. Less

We did have multiple companies stop by asking to look at our house. But all of those seemed more interested in getting us to sign paperwork with no actual estimate on time the actual work would be done. After talking with a coworker, he suggested I give EZ a call. And I will say I’m very glad I took that advice!! Everything from start to finish with Ez home solutions was far easier than I could have imagined. In total, I had I think 3-4 meetings with Ez from the first inspection to picking colors for roof and siding to a final inspection. They worked with MY schedule. When the insurance company threw a wrench in the plans, Ez fought on my behalf to get what was owed. And the work done was extremely fast and thorough. I had water damage on an area on my roof and another behind my siding. I would have never known if they did not show me. They cut out the damaged areas and replaced. Honestly it would have been easier and faster for them to just simply cover those areas back up and no one would have been the wiser. But THEY did the RIGHT thing and took care of my house. I think that proves the honesty of this company. Every person I dealt with at EZ was professional and polite. And I can’t thank them enough. From the owner Robert down to Sam and the crew onsite making the repairs I say THANK YOU! We used EZ Home Solutions for a few windows since the company that did the rest of them was unable to finish. We had 3 sliders and one crank out window. We went on vacation shortly after the install and came back to all 3 of the sliders being bowed out and ice built up around the locks and inside the windows. When we called Josh who sold us the windows, he almost immediately became confrontational and claimed that we must have left them unlocked and so we were, and I quote, “shit out of luck.” My wife, who was the one who initially called them and who was the one in contact with them since I have to work in person and she was at home, called the owner of the company expecting he would be more willing to help us. He was just as rude and unwilling to help as Josh. They weren’t even willing to come to our house and look at the windows without us paying a service fee. Both of them eventually stopped even talking to my wife. I had to take time away from work to call and have a few very heated conference calls with the two of them which eventually lead to them having the subcontractor who installed the windows come out. He immediately recognized that the insulation he had done (spray foam) didn’t work and spent multiple trips redoing that. After having to contact a lawyer and threaten a lawsuit, we finally got in touch with the manufacturer of the windows who eventually agreed to replace the sashes, even though it was still supposed to be warrantied by EZ Home Solutions for the first year. The manufacturer’s installer came out today and replaced the sashes. When I told him everything that had brought us to this point and how EZ Home Solutions insisted that we left the windows unlocked and ruined them, he told me that the problem was that the installers didn’t line up the locks properly so instead of the locks pulling everything tight they actually pushed the sash away from the frame causing moisture to get in which froze and caused the bowing. I deal with contractors all the time for my work, and I have never talked to anyone more unprofessional and unhelpful than Josh and Robert from EZ Home Solutions. Less

The installers were so professional, kind, respectful, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything even vacuuming in my house to make sure no metal pieces were left behind. I highly recommend this company for window replacement as well as original ones in newly built homes. I had many different companies come and go through the sales pitch but I got the best windows, triple pane, and with krypton gas for less than some other well known companies. The service and follow up was just a wonderful experience. You feel like you are special after the entire experience. I will be having them come back next year to put in the last two windows. I give them the highest rating +++++++! 7/23 I just wanted to add that I now have all new windows and I can testify to how wonderful they are. No leaks, no iced up windows, no foggy glass. Josh and Bryan came to my home in September 2020 and I purchased 4 windows. At the time I was hoping to have this completed by Thanksgiving. The windows were installed on January 4-5. There was also an issue with the top kitchen window which needed to be reordered. The replacement came and was installed in March 8 or 9, 2021. It was a long process. I was told it was due to COVID and lack of materials. At the start there was great communication. I was thrilled. As time went on not so much. A phone call now and again in the six months would have been appreciated. Darin the installer did a exceptional job. I was a bit taken back when Josh showed up while the installer was finishing up asking for final payment before the city inspection was done and telling me if anything is wrong the manufacturer would cover as the windows have a lifetime warranty. I do love the windows and planned on continuing to replace all others in my house. I will call to discuss when availability is better from the manufacturer. Less

Our first appointment had to be rescheduled but we were contacted in a timely manner and Chris showed up for the second appointment on time, no issues. It did take a few attempts to get the bid and then we caused a delay in discussing moving forward but once we accepted the bid, we called the office and paid half down with credit card. On a very small job such as ours was it is acceptable that our job is fit in between more substantial paying jobs that a contractor would have so I expected to be put of for a couple of weeks but the crew came 4 days after we paid. They arrived at 4PM and were finished, cleaned up and gone by 5 PM. I would have liked to hear from someone on the day of the work with an estimated time of arrival. 2 days later Chris was out to inspect and we paid the balance by check. As a woman, I cringe calling contractors. Everyone in the company spoke with me as an equal intelligent adult and I will happily call them again. Less

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the repair shingles not matching but Bill and EZ Home Solutions worked with me to make sure the job was re-done correctly and in a timely manner. I think lessons were learned all around. Always make sure you take the time to match with a physical sample of the shingles. They made an appointment within 2 days calling. Chris was very polite and professional.
