My son has been training at Elite Factory for almost 2yrs now. We are very happy with all the coaches and the facility. Coach Richard really does care about each and every one of the athletes. My son is on the small side and because of Coach Richard's background he has been able to give him advice and motivational speeches that really get him fired up and give him direction. The location is the best in Tampa. Thanks to all the coaches from Elite Factory, past and present.

My son spent the whole summer at the elite factory baseball camp .This place is one of the best here in tampa. The pitching classes with Romero are super good, as well as the batting classes with coach Guerra. It is a super clean and very organized place. They have their own baseball field. Coach Richard is a very good person and a very nice coach. My son improved and progressed a lot. I really recommend to everyone .

The Elite Factory is has a family like bond with its players and is a great place to train at if you are serious about your baseball career. Romero is a great pitching coach and Richard is great for strength and conditioning.

This place is amazing! Richard is awesome—super knowledgeable, motivating, and really knows how to connect with the kids. My son trains with him and always looks forward to his sessions. He has gotten stronger, faster, and more confident since starting here. Highly recommend this place!

Both of my athletes love this facility and they love the trainers too! I have total faith in the staff at The Elite Factory. After training here my son went to his first baseball showcase and came out of it ranked the #1 short stop in the state and the twelfth overall player in the country. THIS WOULD NOT have been possible without the crew at The Elite Factory. Trust the process and believe. If you have a serious student athlete, check this gym out.

I love it here! Perfect place to workout in the morning without having to compete for space or equipment. I also love that it’s a great place for my son to participate in camps during winter and summer breaks!

My sons both train there with Coach T. They love the hitting and agility training. It's an awesome facility. They even have clinics and camps somedays days that the kids are off of school. I also want to add that all the people there are very friendly and kind.

My family and I have been training at The Elite Factory and we absolutely love it! The baseball training/ strength and conditioning has really helped my son compete at the highest level. This gym is more than perfect for an athlete or a beginner. I say this because as a former employee of a well known gym I’m still learning new exercises that’s simple but very effective from the trainers that help you here. I’ve seen mostly football players but all types of athletes here get the intense explosive workouts they need to perform at their max potential. I will be recommending this gym to anyone ready to get in the best shape of their life.
