We called Nextdoor exterior solutions after the last couple of bad storms in our area, their representative Joshua Pinner came out and inspected our home. We thought we had some damage due to high winds but was unsure. Joshua went on our roof and inspected everything and assured us we had no damage. We love knowing there are still honest people out there not taking advantage of homeowners.

Just got my roof finished. They dropped the material a few days before. Started and finished the roof in the same day. Working with Josh and Richard was easy and smooth. Even with the hurricane interrupting the process a few times, I feel it was all done in a timely manner. Will recommend to friends and family.

We declined the free repair because it just didn't seem right, especially since it was very hot that day; I was not comfortable with anyone up on my steep-pitched roof for a prolonged time. I cannot comment on the work that they do, but my interaction with this company was very misleading and unpleasant. I used Nextdoor to get help with a small leak on my roof, mentioning that it might be from pool solar plumbing. The owner messaged me, offering her services since her company services both roofing and solar needs. Kyle came out and did a roof inspection, which we appreciated. He found some small issues with some shingles and the source of the current leak, a very easy to fix of a PVC pipe. He did offer to repair the leak, but things got weird when I asked for a written estimate. I was also interested in repairing the shingles, but it was obvious that their hope was that we either needed a new roof or we interested in a completely new solar system. I would understand that more if I had reached out first, but I had made it very clear that I was looking for a small repair, and Kristi contacted ME. The excuse I was eventually given was that they didn't want to void my warranty by doing the work. I made it clear that nothing on my roof was still under warranty. We will fix the leak ourselves and reach out to another roofing company for the other repairs. I don't agree with Kyle that we should just wait until things get worse and we have more leaks. Less
