We own a small business and have accepted credit card payments for over a decade. We didn’t have a personal relationship with our processor so we switched to STRIPE. It was the worst 7 days and STRIPE has no phone number to call for help. That’s another story but it made us realize that it’s so important to work with a business that is accessible and helpful. Zac has helped us setup our websites and online ordering at all three of our locations. His online ordering system uses the same drivers as Uber and DoorDash but there is no 30% commission! The online ordering product has allowed us to offer delivery to our customers without having any of our own drivers! And we can offer our in store menu prices for online delivery and still make a profit. Less
