CrossFit Lanier is such a great and welcoming gym! Do not get concerned if you have heard scary things about CrossFit because Amanda and all the coaches will help you scale and encourage you on your best and worse day. I have always had trouble staying motivated to workout on my own so I gave CrossFit Lanier a try. After finishing my first two weeks all I can say is I wish I had joined a long time ago! Everyone is welcoming and friendly and the coachs are patient and truly care about helping you get better.

I have been a member of this gym for over 3 years. I have went to other gyms and none of them compare to CFL. The owner is awesome to work with and the members are super friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!!!

CrossFit Lanier is fantastic. Super easy to walk in without any CrossFit experience. The coaches are knowledgeable and easy to follow. Members are quick to come alongside and motivate and treat each other like family. I highly encourage everyone to check it out.

I have been coming to this box for almost four years now and I absolutely love this place. Even though I might not look too happy while working out, I enjoy the company of the other members. The owners are doing a great job of keeping the gym clean and the equipment in good shape.

I was supposed to start Monday . i received a text Sunday night "looking forward to working out with you tomorrow" (that is awesome in itself) well bad on my part i woke up way late Monday morning to a call asking where I was (what other gym checks up on you i think that is amazing too i guess its like that extra push sometimes we all need). so we rescheduled for today. i walked in and they said are you Ashlynn (like holy cow these people actually care, they are 3 for 3 in the awesome category)i put my daughter in the child care filled out the papers and meet with the trainer. (and she is body goals) . She explained everything so well really watched my positioning and called me out EVERY TIME my knees when in . Once we got to the last part the workout part (thought i was gonna die) she was full of "one more" "that was really good" "keep Going" "2 mins left" (lets be honest when you are sweating and your legs are sore and there is 3 min left you need all those words you can get to push through) is it worth the money Oh HECK YES. is it hard? LORD YES. but if you really want it it will all be worth it . would I recommend them? YESS. (this is a gym experience you wont get anywhere else.) Less

Great place to workout. I can easily say, all the people in the classes we attend are very encouraging and makes you want to go. Over the last year and a half. I have lost 50lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle. The system really works! I feel better than I have in 20 years.

We have been really happy with CrossFit Lanier's kids program. We have three boys ages 11-15 that really enjoy it. The instructors offer a lot of individual instruction and they customize the sessions for each boy.

My husband and I have been members for more than a year, and we truly enjoy the workouts, the environment, class schedule, and option for childcare. It makes family fitness possible for our household!

Bruce and Louanne run a great box! The kids program is awesome and there really is a true sense of community here.

While visiting from out of state we dropped in this BOX with our kids. This is a beautiful facility, family oriented and top notch equipment with great coaches and members!
