⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars only because I can’t give more!These guys came through for me when I was in a bind on my way to a wedding after hitting a turkey going 70 mph. 😳🦃 They were incredibly helpful, kind, and made me laugh when I really needed it. They somehow managed to turn what started as a pretty awful situation into a genuinely pleasant experience… well, not for the turkey.I can’t thank these guys enough for going above and beyond to help me out. Truly grateful for their kindness and awesome attitude! Highly recommend!

My wife and I had flown out to Utah over Labor Day weekend to pickup an older 1990 GMC truck I had purchased and had planned a leasurly 2-week drive back to North Carolina with vacation type stops along the way.Soon after taking possession of the truck we learned that the AC was not working and we needed to have the old R12 cooling system converted to the R134a coolant. We knew the drive back would be significantly impacted by this issue and only had one day, Labor Day, before we had to get on the road or we would not make our scheduled reservations along the way.I woke up early on Labor Day and called half a dozen shops hoping one of them may be open and able to help us. On The Move Repairs was the only one who picked up. I spoke with Adam Stephenson and it turns out I had run into him earlier the day before in a local Auto Zone as I had been attempting to find a solution to the AC situation before I knew it would need to be converted from R12 to R134a. He remembered me and asked me if I could bring the truck down to his shop right away.Once I got to On The Move Repairs Adam sat down with me and we went through the options for making the conversation and getting the work done that same day, Labor Day, so I could get on the road and keep my schedule. He was able to get all the parts that were needed for a smoothe conversion and even had two of is mechanics double up on the work to help speed it along.Cayden Rogers and Chris Marshall worked together to tag team the repairs with Adam running quarterback. They got all the old R12 out of the system, replaced all the parts that were not compatible with the R124a coolant and had everything ready to put the last part in when it was discovered that the supplier who they worked with to get the last part had sent them the wrong part. They needed a male to female connection to the condenser and they had been sent a male to male part.Adam kept in contact with me several times throughout the process and called me to let me know of the error. Adam told me he had reached back out to his supplier and was told they didn't have the part we needed, so he started calling every supplier he could and only one could even get it, but it would have to be ordered and would not be available in time. We came up with a plan to try and convert the male end to a female end with a coupling, but unfortunately after reaching our schedule limit we were unable to find a solution.Adam, Cayden, and Chris did amazing work helping us get the conversation done over a holiday with the cards stacked against them. Although we were unable to complete the conversion to the point of having a working AC I feel that On the Move Repairs went far above and beyond for us and has prepared everything for us to the point that with any luck we will find another outstanding repair shop on our drive back to North Carolina who will have the part we need and can charge up our cooling system and send us on our way in no time at all.When we went to pick up our truck from Adam at On the Move Repairs we got to talking a bit about his shop and how things were going for him and his crew. I noticed a white board in his office which he had used to list out what kind of repair shop he insisted on being and required all his employees to uphold. I was so impressed by the list and how he had literally upheld what was on it that I asked him if I could take a.picture of it and use it in my review of his shop.I hope all those who see this review consider the absolute stellar integrity of this shop and support them in their own way.Thank you Adam Stephenson and your partners for all you do.Jeremiah & Tshila Turner - Raleigh, NC

These guys got my car back on the road fast. They quoted me a fair price and fixed another problem I had at no extra charge. They fixed a stripped spark plug and coil bolt. I would highly recommend Chris for any future repairs.
