Alan, Kare, and Race are so amazing! Don't miss Kare's rowing workshop - I was lucky enough to be in town for it. Excellent coaching from Race and Alan as well.They have a great setup with weekly group classes, Olympic lifting sessions, and specialty workshops. Such a welcoming environment for all ages - you can tell they really put a lot of care into this local gym. Thankful to have learned so much while I was visiting ❤️ I will definitely be back.

My wife and I dropped in for open gym while in tow for a long weekend. While we didn’t catch a class, we had a fantastic experience. Alan was super welcoming and helped make sure I got setup correctly online ahead of time. Very clean and organized gym with tons of equipment. We will swing through again next time we are in town! If you’re looking for a great gym with good vibes, this is the one!

Milo Fitness Factory stands out for all the right reasons. Their programming is written in-house and the intentionality and progression are obvious.The equipment is exceptionally well maintained, the facility is clean and organized, and the location near downtown is incredibly convenient.Alan and Kare are phenomenal owners — present, professional, and genuinely invested in their members and community. This is a long overdue review, but better late than never! I've been going here for about a year and a half now and it's honestly been one of the most positive experiences I've ever had for my mental and physical health. I was terrified of the crossfit style workouts and I had a really hard time for the first four-ish months, but once I learned the language I felt a lot more confident. Kare and Alan are so encouraging, patient, and welcoming and they play great music during the workouts. The whole vibe of the gym is lovely; there are people of all ages, skill levels, and walks of life here. Plus, the feeling of having to donate clothes after gaining muscle is hard to beat. Looking forward to another year!

Dropped in while visiting Tucson and had an incredible experience at MILO fitness. Registration as a guest was quick and easy, and when I arrived a few minutes early I got to meet Alan, one of the owners. His hospitality was top-tier—gave me a quick tour, got me oriented, and then led the class through an excellent warm-up with smart, progressive movements that clearly showed experience and intention.The workout itself was solid, well-coached, and challenging. The gym is exactly what you want from a functional fitness space: top-notch equipment, impeccably maintained, and a great overall vibe.If you’re visiting or local and looking for a place to train seriously—or even start your fitness journey—this is absolutely the spot. I’ll 100% be back next time I’m in town.

Milo has been the most wonderful gym experience I've ever had. I am someone who was super unfit and didn't enjoy exercising that much, so I was quite intimidated by CrossFit style workouts/gyms. However, Alan and Kare are so welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and are able to do the workouts to your own scale. They make sure you understand how to properly do the movements before and during workouts. I am so happy with how much I have learned and grown here! I feel stronger and more confident in myself than ever knowing how much I'm now able to accomplish through Milo workouts. The community is amazing and super encouraging and really pushes you to be your best.

I’ve been consistently working out 3-4 times a week this year and the personal results are definitely a reflection of the varied training designed by the knowledgeable Milo coaches. The coaches provide feedback during class which has been essential in improving my performance. The members create a friendly atmosphere and we have a blast while we work hard.

This review is long due, but back in May 2024 while staying at Tucson for a few days, had the chance to train at Milo and I was received & welcomed so well (as if I trained there everyday), everyone was very nice. Even had the chance to drop my pin on their map (see photos). Recommended !!

Loved this place! I'm from out of town and wanted a place to train. They were super quick to reply. The place is great, it has all the equipment you need, the staff is super friendly and the vibe is unmatched.

Myself and two friends dropped in for a Saturday class and it was great! The Saturday classes are a little different and they made sure to explain it before we dropped in. It was a very welcoming gym and if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely return!

Dropped in while in town for work. Great experience. The gym was in a great location and had a lot of equipment. Coach was nice and informative. The community was very welcoming. Would recommend anyone to drop in or join. The gym has athletes of all calibers.

If you’re thinking of checking out Milo, just do it! I’ve never felt so at home at a gym before. The workouts are fun, the coaches are amazing, and the community is very welcoming. I was very suspicious when a friend invited me to come to Milo...I'd heard plenty of negative about CrossFit and CrossFit-ish gyms. But I trusted him enough to give it a shot and I'm so thrilled I did. Milo is more than a "fitness factory." Milo is community, support, humor, strength, encouragement, and so much more. I love being in class with people of all ages and walks of life. We are all there for ourselves and for each other. Alan and Kare foster true growth in the Miloans who put in the time and sweat to work on their best selves. Time at Milo is more than fitness. So grateful for what I've learned so far, and looking forward to more. Come check it out!
