Milo Fitness Factory stands out for all the right reasons. Their programming is written in-house and the intentionality and progression are obvious.The equipment is exceptionally well maintained, the facility is clean and organized, and the location near downtown is incredibly convenient.Alan and Kare are phenomenal owners — present, professional, and genuinely invested in their members and community. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and focused on helping you improve safely and effectively. Highly recommend.

This is a long overdue review, but better late than never! I've been going here for about a year and a half now and it's honestly been one of the most positive experiences I've ever had for my mental and physical health. I was terrified of the crossfit style workouts and I had a really hard time for the first four-ish months, but once I learned the language I felt a lot more confident. Kare and Alan are so encouraging, patient, and welcoming and they play great music during the workouts. The whole vibe of the gym is lovely; there are people of all ages, skill levels, and walks of life here. Plus, the feeling of having to donate clothes after gaining muscle is hard to beat. Looking forward to another year!

Dropped in while visiting Tucson and had an incredible experience at MILO fitness. Registration as a guest was quick and easy, and when I arrived a few minutes early I got to meet Alan, one of the owners. His hospitality was top-tier—gave me a quick tour, got me oriented, and then led the class through an excellent warm-up with smart, progressive movements that clearly showed experience and intention.The workout itself was solid, well-coached, and challenging. The gym is exactly what you want from a functional fitness space: top-notch equipment, impeccably maintained, and a great overall vibe.If you’re visiting or local and looking for a place to train seriously—or even start your fitness journey—this is absolutely the spot. I’ll 100% be back next time I’m in town.

Milo has been the most wonderful gym experience I've ever had. I am someone who was super unfit and didn't enjoy exercising that much, so I was quite intimidated by CrossFit style workouts/gyms. However, Alan and Kare are so welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and are able to do the workouts to your own scale. They make sure you understand how to properly do the movements before and during workouts. I am so happy with how much I have learned and grown here! I feel stronger and more confident in myself than ever knowing how much I'm now able to accomplish through Milo workouts. The community is amazing and super encouraging and really pushes you to be your best.

I’ve been consistently working out 3-4 times a week this year and the personal results are definitely a reflection of the varied training designed by the knowledgeable Milo coaches. The coaches provide feedback during class which has been essential in improving my performance. The members create a friendly atmosphere and we have a blast while we work hard.
