Hired a handyman to install a 70” windowbox. One guy showed up to do the project by himself. After 1-1/2 hours he told me he couldn’t get the job done. Appreciate he didn’t drill into my brick if he didn’t know what to do, but he said they would call to reschedule someone else to come out, and they never did. Would not recommend.

When I saw the holes in my ceiling, I immediately told them that the spacing was not equal. I was not given the option to see where they marked the ceiling prior to them placing the holes. They proceeded to hang the lights in the wrong spot because they said they had no other option. I had to have a pendant moved at a later date to make them even and then my ceiling had to be repaired which looks awful and does not match up to the original ceiling color/stamping. Bill was very thorough and cleaned up afterwards. I did think the charge was high but since I am unable to do it myself, I paid the price.

Chris did a fantastic job hanging a shower rod, towel bars, hooks, shelves and a bunch of other tasks I never found time to complete since moving. I need three planks on my basement stairs were completely replaced, which they did. They re-secured a drywall bulkhead to my wall. For every one of these work orders I was charged a fair price for, the crew showed up right on time, and the repair was quality work. Moreover, I never had them hit me with high pressure sales tactics. Also, unlike other handy services, they actually take credit cards! I'm sorry, but it's 2022.
