We had roofing damage, our Cornerstone agent got the ball rolling with our insurance after an interview. They used courteous contractors that cleaned up good and did good quality work. All came to our home to give us an estimate, answered our questions, and explained the process involved for the work to be done. For our final decision, we choose Cornerstone Restoration and have been really pleased we did. Here are some main reasons we recommend Cornerstone. 1) Excellent communication with the person in charge of the work. From the very beginning, Mr. Radu P., their Storm Restoration Specialist, took time with us and explained the process, what repairs needed to be done, and patiently answered our many questions. He was the only one of the four contractors who actually got up on our roof and examined the damage. He kept us up-to-date on the progress and made us aware of any difficulties or set-backs to the process. 2) Good teams. During the work, the company had one team to do the roof and the other to do the siding. Both teams worked well together, were courteous, and took pride in their work. They did an amazing job cleaning up, as well. 3) Quality control. It was reassuring to us to see that Cornerstone was concerned about having a job well done for us. He took care of filing the claim on our behalf, and the public adjustor worked with him to get the claim approved in about a week. Once the claim was approved, the company pulled the neccessary permits and they called me to schedule the work. Radu sat down with us and made a plan for the job, we choose the specific tile for te roof, the color and the company that will provide the materials. The job was completed in one day, and I was amaised of the work quality that was acomplished. They cleaned up the premisses after the work was completed as if nothing was done that day. They tell you one thing for instance waiving your deductible during the initial part and then when insurance sends you a check and you are ready to hand them over the check to start the work they will tell you that you will have to pay for the deductible. If however you will withdraw from the contract they will charge 30% and this they have not fully disclosed at the time of signing the paperwork. Everything is in the fine print. Other companies charge 20% however they disclose everything that is pertinent in the fine print so you do not get surprised with all these extra charges. So if you plan to use this contractors make sure you soaked your self in that contract for few nights reading it over and over and everything they promise you that you think may be too good to be true ask them to have it printed in black and white. Our roof was fine up until about earlier this month. We had some leaking coming the bay window area where there is a roof on top of the bay window. I figured these guys would be out of business by now but I searched them online and found them. Called them and explained about the issue. After sending them some photos, they sent Jeff out. Jeff said we had some flashing issue. He added some new flashing and added some what appear to be water proof tape. The leak stopped! Cornerstone sent a crew out after 2 weeks to fix my drywall and paint in the dining room where the bay window is located. I am very happy this was the outcome. I was worried we had to come out of pocket or that we would not be covered under the warranty. Great job cornerstone! Less

We had a bad storm come through Aurora earlier this month where it caused some damage to the exterior of my home. There were about a hundred contractors door knocking the block in the same week. After going through some literature, we finally decided to hire Alex Perciuleac from Cornerstone Restoration. Getting started was seamless but when the insurance company came out, they said we did not have enough damage to our roof. WHAT?!?! That was my initial reaction! I wasn't sure who to believe at this point. Alex did explain this may happen and that we need to stick to our ground. We stuck to our ground and Cornerstone and our public adjuster was able to get insurance company to pay for the entire roof and all of my siding. Yay! We picked out colors, gave them the insurance payment and we were on schedule for the installs. The wait time was about 3-4 weeks. We had a lot of rain that caused some scheduling delays. We weren't very happy about that but there wasn't much we could do about weather. The install process was pretty great. The installers showed up. Cornerstone sent out their quality control guy out to check up on the installers. Alex even stopped by a few times to make sure we were happy with the install. We were very happy! We're so excited and happy Cornerstone helped with our approval. The work is beautiful and some of our neighbors are knocking on our doors asking us who did our exterior remodeling. Less

Every time I'd answer the phone and talk to someone, I'd ask them "what company they are with" and I'd tell them "I'm on the DNC list." Today, after the recent storms that rolled thru on 5/2/18, I got FIVE flipping calls from these scammers so, I decided to start telling them to come to my house, purely to stroke them and waste their time. FYI, I would never work with a company that VIOLATES the DNC list. So, today, I stroked them for the very first time and I had the first guy show up. In fairness, he seemed legit with an iPad and clean car but, he seemed overly anxious to find damage and to push me into filing a claim with my insurance company. In the real world, the homeowner files the claim, not some SCAM company looking for work. The installers were extremely professional and did a great job, while the salesman Mike did a great job to walk me through the products to find the best fit for my house. I plan to use them in the future on my front door. In addition, their prices were very competitive and able to beat other quotes.

So, here's the story....I just happened to run across an ad that had an Ugly Window Contest. I joined and WON 7 free windows. I thought "this has to be too good to be true...there is no way I am this lucky, or a company is going to just hand over 7 free windows plus installation and any other fees. Well, Cornerstone Exteriors did JUST THAT. Not only did they call me the day I won to congratulate me, they scheduled an appointment the next day to come out and measure. Now, I'm thinking "what's the catch?"....Not only was there NO catch...they gave me top of the line windows and other extras at absolutely no additional cost. Everything was included. But that isn't why I'm writing this review. I am writing this because their customer service, products, and labor guys were TOP NOTCH. I've never seen two installers come to my home, respect my furniture, dogs, and other items while getting the entire job done in one day - completely flawless! They took a few minutes for lunch and outside of that, they didn't stop for a second. 9 hours straight with no interruption whatsoever. Roy and his partner were the installers and I can't say enough good comments about their work. Very simple, they did an exceptional job on my home.

They did 15 of my double hung windows. Price was better than the other 4 quotes i got. Service was on time. Job was completed in a professional manner. I even got a $200 gift card for referring my parents to them. A +++. Will have to get them back out here for my roofing next year. Thanks !
