Because of Ali’s amazing guidance and coaching, I’ve been able to pick up and implement tools to undo 4 decades of dysfunctional relations with food. I’ve not only learned how to properly fuel my body, but more importantly, I’ve learned how good I can feel and perform with the right fuel. Ali is absolutely incredible and has given me lifelong tools that I will use for the rest of my life!
