They were there when I needed the pods. The guys were very friendly and put the pods where I needed them. This team of guys are very professional. They held one pod at their facility until I was ready for it. Nothing was damaged during the transit of the pods and the drive was at least 1 hour each way. Thank u guys. This company was absolutely amazing! They fit us into their schedule! The house we sold had a steep driveway and other companies refused to help us. KY units saved the day! Kevin was wonderful and so easy to work with. Steven was amazing, he dropped off the units carefully and without complaint. He was so kind and patient. Delivery is always on time and they’ll give you a call when leaving so you can track your pod. Service is great & we use this company on a regular basis. We have a pod for about a month & pricing is good too

I needed a unit last minute and they were able to get the unit delivered to me next day. I don’t think he truly knew what that meant but it meant a lot. They were upfront with pricing. No surprise billing and the service was exceptional. I also have a huge steep driveway and they were able to get the unit delivered as far up the driveway as it allowed. I would definitely recommend!

I researched storage companies and chose Units because of their technology in moving the container in position. Their method is perfect for tight driveways and don’t require 12ft of space to deliver the item. Job well done.

I couldn’t get anyone there who spoke English to understand what I was saying so I just cancelled and booked with Units. It’s been very professional, quick to respond, and willing to work with me.
