Chris was wonderful picking up the Unit. Right on time (early), totally upbeat, efficient, nice guy. I just love the little robot fork lift that manipulates pod in & out of places other companies’ pods won’t go. We actually hired another company, loaded pod & moved it to my brother’s, but their truck did not fit n driveway! We had to have them leave pod in front of home, then hire Units of KY to bring their unit & put it where we wanted it — then empty original pod & put stuff in Unit. Second pod delivered and placed Chris is the perfect example of a true professional in every sense of the word. He made delivering and placing pods look so simple - which I can guarantee isn’t an easy task especially when confronted with tight spaces. We barely had enough room to place two pods on our drive. Chris was able to maneuver the pods side by side to make them fit perfectly …. even under tree branches while taking expert care to protect the tree from any damage. P.O.D.S. decided to tell us three quarters of the way through the day that our 7:15-10:15 delivery wouldn’t actually happen for another three days. UNITS saved the day and was able to get us a unit that Saturday afternoon. The office was a huge help and Chris volunteered to make the delivery on his day off to help keep our move on schedule. Chris is very friendly and a master at his work. He unloaded and placed the storage unit in one continuous motion from start to finish. Very impressive! Received 16’ unit today, amazing how it was put in place at my home. I received time notices and last one was 15 minutes before delivery, a great tool. Chris was great he greeted me when he stepped out of his vehicle and assured me the unit could be placed where I needed. And he was right the robot is amazing, but Chris made sure I was pleased. Flooring company had to replace some flooring. They had to move furniture out over night. They scheduled delivery. Chris was here the next morning and definitely was a plus for getting the units where he felt would best fit our needs.
