Ended up getting plantar fasciitis from moving & had severe foot pain & was referred to Lou who worked wonders. Foot pain greatly diminished after going to physical therapy for 6 weeks. True to this caveat, the progress is slower than the back situation, but I stuck with the exercises and the balance is getting better. On day one I could not stand on one leg at all. I have to say that I'm extremely satisfied with Lou's initial evaluation and his knowledge of treatments. If I had a problem with getting through a rough stretch, Lou would tweak his exercises a little to get me through it. I went back 3 months ago to have my second knee done knowing that Lou would be there for me when I got back. I'm happy to say that I now have about 140 degrees of flexibility in both knees. I was sent to Delray Care PT by my doctor due to severe pain in my left shoulder from arthritis. I even considered surgery but decided to give PT a try first. In the beginning, I couldn’t even lift my arms above horizontal but after a couple of months with Lou, I can now do so without pain!!!! I highly recommend - give Lou a try!!

Here’s my take on Delray Care Physical Therapy. Lou will cure your physical ailments and Susan will lift your spirits! I needed to strengthen my knee and Lou gave me a regimen of gentle yet effective exercises to do and my knee doesn’t ache or swell anymore. I have had serious mobility issues since November 2019 - arthritic knee, stiffness in my joints which prevented me from even bending my left leg and also sciatica pain - ALL in my left leg. At times it necessitated me using a walker or a cane. I could not go up an down the aisles of Publix because of the pain. To wash my left foot I had to put a soaped up face cloth on the shower floor and rub my foot on it. I can now bend my knee to wash my foot!!! I can cross my legs while sitting.
