I recently returned to Delray Care because of the great experience I had working with Lou a few years ago. Now I required physical therapy for rotor cuff tears in both shoulders. Lou did a very thorough and professional job which resulted in improvements with each visit. He also set me up with a home exercise plan that will soon allow me full use of my shoulders again. I wouldn't go anywhere else for physical therapy.

Lou is hands down the best physical therapist I’ve ever worked with. His one-on-one format is a total game changer compared to the assembly line vibe at most PT places. Now that I know what excellence in the category looks like there’s just no other alternative I could possibly recommend more.In just 10 sessions, he helped me come back from a brutal shoulder/bicep injury, and along the way he strengthened my core, fixed my posture, and taught me so much about how my body actually works.Lou is super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and clearly cares. I have had a remarkable experience at Delray Care Physical Therapy. It is quite different from the usual. It is a one to one session devoted solely to you. Lou Fratto works exclusively with you on your problem. I was ready to submit to shots etc since I could barely walk. In a matter of a few sessions I was able to visit a museum which I could not have done before. It is worth your time and dime since his practice is concierge.

I’m a hairstylist and an MRI showed that four different parts of my shoulder were damaged. One of the medical terms I googled gave the definition of “wear and tear arthritis” so definitely from my job. The orthopedic surgeon prescribed physical therapy so I googled physical therapist near me and was so fortunate to find Lou! I have been eight times now and my shoulder is so much better! He genuinely cares about healing people and is just a great person in general. If you are having issues I highly recommend him! His wife works the front desk three days a week and she’s awesome too!

Over 3 years ago I couldn't walk. 5 podiatrists, neurologists, shots, and no help.Last resort was PT. Lou was a life saver. Not only can I walk but for the first time in years I was able to ski again. 3 years ago I would have never imagined that I would have been able to do that again.I highly recommend Delray Care to anyone suffering a long term issue. I was struggling with shoulder pain for 9 months and was looking for a PT that could help me while I was here over the winter. After a lot of research, I found Lou. I never had a one on one physical therapist before, but I have been to so many physical therapists and was tired of spending 5 minutes with them at every session and then I never saw them again and didn’t know if I was doing my exercises correctly. I’ve been working with Lou for almost 2 months and we have made tremendous progress on my shoulder. I highly recommend Lou and will be back to see him next winter. He is an incredible PT, who understands the mechanics of your body and muscles which seems so rare nowadays.

I had been thrown from a horse 20 years ago.Had lingering deficits from the incident and struggled with my low back and left knee. Since the pandemic, without my exorcize routine it had all gotten more difficult. I worked with Lou for several months. A short time really. Following his suggestions and advice it’s as if the accident never happened. Amazing really considering how long ago the initial accident and damage was.
