I have a large 8/12 roof, they came tore the old off and replaced with new felt and shingles along with patching the old vent holes and adding a ridge vent. All done in just over a day and everything cleaned up.

1st Choice did a great job fixing a poor flashing job that had been done by our homes prior owner and was causing some water damage to our plaster. They installed a new roof and even replaced a couple of our windows that had broken seal. Overall great to work with, good quality product and explained what they were doing all the way through the process.

This company is a great group of people. We used them back in 2017-2018 for Metal roof installation, complete siding replacement with eves, overhang, downspouts and metal wrapped the wooden window trim. I would use them again and I have been referring them to other people for roof replacement etc.

They were quick to come give an estimate, they installed the roof soon after, and my father-in-law (a former contractor and roofer) watched and inspected the work and complimented the quality, even more impressive considering the complexity of our specific roof. It also ended up being half the cost of a recommended roofer in town. Highly endorsed by both a professional and our checkbook!

I contacted 1st choice construction and Brandon came and did a more thorough inspection! I had damage to all 4 of the roofs on my property and they all needed replaced along with the gutters and gutter guards on my home and garage. Since it was getting close to cold weather season, we decide to wait until spring to do the work. Once spring arrived the materials were delivered ahead of time, the crew showed up the next day and they were done within a day and a half replacing all 4 roofs! Work was exceptional, hand nailed shingles, clean up done and a week later the gutters were replaced and job completed. I highly recommend 1st Choice Construction for all of your roofing needs! We asked 1st Choice Construction to come and give us a estimate. Because we have a really small hole in our roof. Their son came and looked at it. And said he would give us a estimate. But they never called and never showed back up!! I also wanted to get a estimate for the whole roof to be replaced..😡
