After getting several quotes for cabinet refacing that were overpriced and featured processes we didn't love, we called Klappenberger & Son.From the start, Justin was incredible. He was patient and took the time to explain their specific process, including removing the doors and sanding between coats to ensure a true factory finish. He even offered design suggestions we hadn't considered that really leveled up the final look. Justin provided constant communication throughout the project, which kept us totally at ease.A huge shoutout to Wesley, the lead installer, who came back to ensure every single finish was perfect. Had a difficult EV charger install that required significant work opening up drywall etc. Justin & his team provided multiple options/solutions (including one very unexpected and creative option that was literally thinking outside the box) and worked with us to think through the options/cost/impacts/level of effort etc.In the end, the most difficult option was the right option and rather than trying to steer us away from it or use it to justify a significant increase in quoted cost, Justin and his team made it happen.Communication throughout was great. They were on time, efficient, neat and well organized. The quality of the workmanship is great and everyone we interacted with on his team were exceptional.Our project was not very big in the overall scheme of things but their attentiveness and attention to detail was top notch. Would highly recommend them.

Justin and his crew did an excellent job tackling a wide variety of handyman tasks we had for them. Justin is very knowledgeable and I really appreciated when he made recommendations.
