I have had two porches installed by this company, the work is fantastic. Recently needed a minor adjustment on one, which Andrew did. He did a great job, he was friendly, and called twice to advise of his schedule. Communication is important! Less

We had EZ Breeze windows installed on our screened porch. The process was smooth from sales, to measuring, to install. We had a scheduling conflict, and Janet quickly accommodated us with no questions asked. The installation team did a very professional job! I expressed concern about debris getting into my pool, and they made sure to work cleanly and to be careful on my concrete. There was a small amount of rain at the end of the day, and instead of caulking and hoping for the best, they postponed it until the next day so that it would be done correctly. They made sure that we were completely satisfied before accepting our final payment , and as they are a local business I have no doubt that if a problem arises they will be quick to handle it. This was our easiest project to date, and I commend Mike E., Kidd, Dubz, and Mike F. for a job well done! Less

Do NOT. Hire these guys for anything. First it took 8 months for them to complete the job. Had them install 3 large outdoor patio framed screens. Within a short period of time the screens would not retract correctly. They came out and looked at it with the promise of fixing it and to this day have not returned to fix the problems. They will give you the runaround when you try to contact them. Less

Shout out to Ted, Wes, Tony, Mike, Kidd and Andrew. We contracted with CHE in the Spring and they did a fantastic job on our new glass enclosed balcony in Carolina Keyes. We had one hiccup and Wes was at our home in no time, saw the situation and remedied it immediately. From ordering to measuring and then construction this company is top-notch! It is also a great value as I have heard of many similar enclosures that were higher priced. 100% recommend CHE. Less

It is with great pleasure to sit and write my review for Carolina Home Exteriors. We contracted Carolina Home Exteriors to have a Sunroom added to our rear patio. From inception, the Site Supervisor, Matt Nock led his team comprised of Wes, TJ, Christos, Josh, Shawn along with Roofers: Jeff and Dave and Electrician: Lenny, in delivering us with steadfast commitment and pride our beautifully constructed Sunroom in the time frame promised to us.
