I would like to publicly thank Darren for being so responsive to our situation. From the the very first phone call( which he answered on a holiday weekend) and throughout the entire process he was informative as well as empathetic. He and his team were able to get our cabin clean and safe for our family to start enjoying!He may be one of the smaller companies, but I would choose Superior Everytime. It was so nice to speak to him directly each time I called instead of a call center. There is something to be said for a family owned local company!
