The condo was beautiful and the location was exceptional. It was awesome being able to walk everywhere. The access to the beach and the pier was perfect. The building itself is tired and could use some updating, but our unit was beautifully updated and had all the conveniences of home along with a great balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. We will definitely be booking this unit again.

"On Beach Time" proved to be an EXCEPTIONAL rental property for our family. All furnishings were like new and the kitchen was very well equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and cookware. The pool and outside spaces were designed perfectly for "resort" style enjoyment. No detail was left undone and we will certainly be back.

This was our second summer booking with IOP Escapes, and once again, we had a wonderful experience! Everything was seamless from start to finish, with true Southern hospitality. The team is incredibly responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with.We stayed at All Decked Out and absolutely loved it. It’s a wonderful home with plenty of bathrooms, a great layout, and just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our stay, and the team behind it made the experience even better.We highly recommend booking with IOP Escapes and will definitely be back next year!

We had a fantastic stay and were very pleased with the home. The location was great with easy walk to beach access and less than five minute drive to restaurants and grocery. The home was in excellent condition and offered a great layout with multiple living spaces on each floor. The pool was perfect size and outdoor shower also helped with return trips from Beach. The bedrooms and ensuites for each made it super comfortable. Views of the ocean from the rooftop patio were a great way to end each day. Thank you Amy for being a great host

The house was incredible. Great walking distance to the beach and also to the bars and restaurants. The house was perfect for our golf trip and had sleeping space for everyone and great accommodations for when we were around the house. I would highly recommend this if you are looking to go to Charleston or IOP.
