We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate during our trip, this home gave our family so many incredible spaces to gather, relax, and make memories together. From hours of games around the dining room table, to hanging out with the uncles on the front porch drinking beers and laughing, to cozy evenings wrapped in blankets on the back porch listening to the rain — every space felt warm, comfortable, and inviting.One of our favorite memories was the late-night cousin hot tub sessions in the rain! The covered patio area under the back porch also turned into the perfect entertainment spot for flip cup tournaments and family fun.The location across from the beach is unbeatable, and the house itself is absolutely stunning. Every bedroom and bathroom is beautifully designed and feels luxurious and comfortable at the same time. You can tell so much thought went into every detail of this home.You truly won’t be disappointed staying here. It was the perfect house for family time, rain or shine, and we can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home itself was immaculate—beautifully designed with an effortless flow from the kitchen to the dining area, leading into a spacious living room with a large TV that was perfect for late-night movies. The bedrooms were equally impressive, offering comfort and space for everyone in our group.The location truly couldn’t be better. We could step out the front door, turn right, and be at the pool within a minute—or take a left and be on the beach just as quickly. Coffee, restaurants, and everything we needed were right at our fingertips.We know this area very well and have stayed in Isle of Palms many times, but this was by far our favorite trip. In fact, we loved it so much that we extended our stay twice.We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

Had an awesome time at the Sea Cabins. The weather did not want to cooperate, but we still had fun especially with a room with an awesome view. And our host was awesome. Will certainly stay again.

This was an excellent property in a great location. (quick walk to the beach), Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the shops and restaurants.Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would need for cooking on any occasion.The house was very clean and well maintained.We had a couple of maintenance issues which were addressed and responded to in an expeditious manner.I only see my sister and nephew once a year which is why we rent a beach house, so we can spend quality time together at one of IOP Escapes awesome properties.I have rented from IOP Escapes the past few years and would never rent from another rental company.I love all of the properties we've stayed in. I think all of the staff are very professional and treat their clients with the upmost respect.I look forward to renting from IOP Escapes again, next year.Thank you for all that you did in assisting us in creating a wonderful vacation with great memories.

Our stay at 3407 Palm Blvd was perfect. The house was large enough for our group with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The house was clean and spacious. Dog friendly was a plus for us as well. Plenty to do with basketball, pickleball and putting green. The rooftop pool was breathtaking with views of the ocean. Handicapped access to the beach right across the street made this a perfect option for our stay. IOP escapes set up bike rentals for us as well. Highly recommend this house and location on the island. Close enough to everything we needed and wanted.

The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location. It was so nice sitting out on the screened-in patio having views of the pool and the ocean. The complex is located on the north side of the island, so it was nice being away from the busier "weekend" crowd. The condo itself was clean and spacious for 4 adults and an infant. Having a beach gear rental company drop off and pick up our supplies was also a huge highlight as I was traveling from California and could not bring those items with me. The only thing I could recommend is providing a few beach towels. Again, I was unable to pack those items (even though we were notified ahead of time so this was not a surprise upon arrival) it would have been nice to have them in the unit for us. We would 100% stay here again without any hesitation. Even the neighboring units had kind people staying in them with families, so we luckily did not have to worry about loud, rowdy neighbors. The rental company was very kind and easy to work with as well. I vacation frequently so the entire experience with IOP Escapes was smooth and hassle free. I truly do not have one bad thing to say. If you are considering renting this unit, do not think twice - it is worth it!

Beautiful location. Unit could use a new area rug in main living space due to stains. Overall, beautiful week in IOP!
