My main point of contact was Zack. He called back everyone he didn’t answer or text within a short moment of minutes. Very helpful with the initial process and the whole process went as planned with dates and times as I was moving two house into one. I would 10/10 recommend this company for anyone who wants simple, easy, and convenient relocating of their personal contents. HIGHLY recommend. If I could give 6 stars I would. Zach and the team are personable, helpful, and just down to earth food people. The price for my storage pod was definitely fair and Zach worked with me on the backend to make sure my unit was removed promptly when our home renovation was complete. My wife and I just completed an 8-month home renovation in which we had to be out of our home (along w everything in it). Projects like this can be stressful enough, but one thing we didn't have to stress about was our storage pod. It was delivered on time, was super clean and offered great protection, and was removed exactly when we needed it to be. Do yourself a favor... If you find yourself in need of a storage unit of any kind, then call this team to get the process started. You won't be disappointed.

It was an absolute pleasure renting storage pods from UNITS!! Barbara and her crew that delivered the pods were efficient, dependable, on time and a pleasure to work with. The pods came in pristine condition. The pods were delivered and picked exactly when Barbara said they would be with the crew always calling to give the exact time they would be arriving. They were patient in placing the pods in the prefect place on our property. I highly recommend UNITS!!

We had an excellent customer service experience with the team from UNITS of Central NJ. From the rental process, which was quick, easy, and included an actual human to answer questions (!!), to the delivery and return process, we really were impressed. Notably, their delivery/pickup driver was SO nice, like, went out of his way nice to make sure I knew how to use the lock, open and close the unit without hurting my hand/fingers, and was a decent-enough human to call me on pick-up day to let us know that our side door to our garage was open, and he graciously closed and locked it for us. They placed the unit exactly where we wanted it with zero damage/scraping to our driveway, and the unit itself was immaculate, had great ventilation, and was sealed well. We had the unit from July-January and we never had any issues with excessive heat/moisture or leaking, etc, which I was worried about. Huge thank you to the team for taking care of us and we'll definitely be recommending you to friends and family.
