Best experience anyone could ask for. I had scheduled a pod drop off with Pack Rats. They never showed up to deliver it. After 2 hours on the phone, they couldn’t explain why or give me a date for another delivery. I called Units and left a panic message at 9pm. Mike called me back in 10 mins and told me he’d take care of me. He set me up with delivery THE NEXT DAY and pick up the following. What a difference good service makes. Highly recommend UNITS, they get the job done right. Thank you Mike for all your help.

The best! Units came through when Pods couldn’t, and I had no idea what I was going to do. One quick call to Units and I was saved! Their delivery system maneuvered the container through a tight space and placed it with pinpoint accuracy. The customer service throughout my move was outstanding. Thank you, Units!

We had an outstanding experience and I can’t recommend this company enough. We found out just a day before that our home closing was moved up by a week, and thankfully, Zach from UNITS came through for us. Despite their schedule being booked a week out, he made it happen and got our unit delivered to the new house on time. The team is not only professional and communicative but also incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

My main point of contact was Zack. He called back everyone he didn’t answer or text within a short moment of minutes. Very helpful with the initial process and the whole process went as planned with dates and times as I was moving two house into one. I would 10/10 recommend this company for anyone who wants simple, easy, and convenient relocating of their personal contents. The container was cheap for a month compared to 6 days of a box truck business. CALL UNITS for your moving needs, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

HIGHLY recommend. If I could give 6 stars I would.Zach and the team are personable, helpful, and just down to earth food people. The price for my storage pod was definitely fair and Zach worked with me on the backend to make sure my unit was removed promptly when our home renovation was complete. My wife and I just completed an 8-month home renovation in which we had to be out of our home (along w everything in it). Projects like this can be stressful enough, but one thing we didn't have to stress about was our storage pod. It was delivered on time, was super clean and offered great protection, and was removed exactly when we needed it to be.Do yourself a favor... If you find yourself in need of a storage unit of any kind, then call this team to get the process started. You won't be disappointed.

We recently had the pleasure of working with UNITS, and my husband & I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, Lee was absolutely amazing. We faced multiple delays with our closing, which meant rescheduling our pickup date several times. Each time, Lee was incredibly flexible and accommodating, making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out during this hectic process. If you're looking for a reliable and supportive moving solution, I wholeheartedly recommend UNITS. Thank you, Lee, for your outstanding service!

It was an absolute pleasure renting storage pods from UNITS!! Barbara and her crew that delivered the pods were efficient, dependable, on time and a pleasure to work with. The pods came in pristine condition. The pods were delivered and picked exactly when Barbara said they would be with the crew always calling to give the exact time they would be arriving. They were patient in placing the pods in the prefect place on our property. I highly recommend UNITS!!

I contacted Zach at UNITS to rent a16ft container to assist with my new house move. Zach was incredibly helpful, polite and assisted me with information and updates during the entire process. The container was delivered on time, clean and carefully placed exactly where requested. Likewise, the container was moved to my new location on time and again precisely placed in the driveway with care.
