Very professional service and great price, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. I asked Brendan to install a wall mounted thermostat for my gas central heating and replace an old bathroom fan, along with some other bits around the house. Friendly, quick, honest and reasonably priced.As a person brand new to DIY, you can’t help but feel a bit self conscious or stupid when you make a mistake, and there was always a slight worry about being judged by any tradesman you call in to fix a mistake of yours.This absolutely wasn’t the case with Brendan; he wasn’t judgemental at all, he actually encouraged my project and gave me few pointers on how to best move forward.

We were delighted that having contacted Ricardo Electrical when we had a circuit breakdown in our house they were able to send Brendan to our rescue within a few hours.Brendan arrived in a smart van, was well presented in his company ‘uniform’ asked about our problem and immediately investigated the main fuse box. He very quickly identified that our problem was a loose connection, and restored power to our kitchen sockets. He then checked the earthing of the circuit and reassured us that all was now safe.I can recommend Ricardo Electrical without hesitation.

Don't bother I had made numerous messages and phone calls to this electrical contractor for a quotation for 3 outside lights and a waterproof outside socket I was given a time and a date and waited a week only to be told they can't make it so I tried again and again to reschedule all to no avail .....they can't even return your calls its disgusting what a waste of everyone's time .....

We can not recommend Ricardo electrical enough. We have just reopened our business - Sand bay fish and chip shop and Cosy Cafe following a devastating fire last year. Brendon has provided us with emergency electrical services at the time of the fire and since the refurbishment as some difficulties have arisen fitting new wiring we had not anticipated would need doing and emergency trouble shooting with some difficulties enabling us to re-open on schedule. Brendan worked quickly to find the fault in cabling in the loft that was causing our upstairs lights to fuse. He was professional and friendly and there was great communication when arranging the appointment. He gave honest advice about updating our fuse boxes but not in a pressurising way. We have requested quotes for further work. I have no hesitation in recommending Ricardo Electrical.
