I’ve been to many different boxes through the years. This one is truly special. They truly care about your progress and wellness. They are very friendly and welcoming. Love this place. I’ve been a regular to three different boxes and non has felt more like home.

I joined PICF 2.5 years ago. The atmosphere is incredibly motivating, with a supportive community. The coaches are knowledgeable and attentive, providing personalized guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals. We are in the Open season right now for the CF games and the gym is hosting an Intramural Open, an in house comp that's paired with the CF Open. The intramural Open is so much fun! I love the division of members into teams battling for points. The Friday Night Light events is an arena for the members to be cheered on by their community - such a great atmosphere for personal records. Cassie places emphasis on building the community at PICF and she excels at it. Because without accountability, fitness only goes so far.To add to this, I travel at times for work and when I travel I go to other CF gyms. The several gyms I've been to, none of the coaching and structure compares to what Cassie has created at Padre Island CF. She places significance on excellence coaching, safety, and creating a fun space for everyone. I also love the social and community events she hosts. Members will gather at each other's homes and hang out outside of the gym and that's attributed to Cassie's creativity in the events she puts together for us. This is a wonderful gym where you will see progress in your fitness and develop friendships.I've been a part of this community for over 2 years now and it's the best decision I've made for my fitness. I was a lone gym goer for years. I'd pop in my headphones and do my own thing. I made progress every so often but nothing extremely noticeable. Then I started going to this gym and found a community of other people who are also looking to made strides in their health and Fitness. In the first 6 months, I was hitting PRs almost weekly. Yes, by showing up means I will see progress, BUT I attribute my successes to the community. The coaches are knowledgeable and well trained and the other members are kind and goal oriented. All of this has made for an excellent combination for success. I believe it will do the same for you!

Padre Island CrossFit is THE BEST gym in the Coastal Bend. The coaching staff are kind, patient, professional and most of all, they meet you where you are at in your fitness experience and journey. The community so SO FUN! We came to this gym to get stronger and healthier, but stay for the fun group of people that help keep us accountable.

A drop in must!! My husband and I did a drop in during our family vacation. The staff and fellow athletes were wonderful!! We felt right at home and loved the WOD. A huge thank you to Cassie for all the recommendations for our trip.

ALL the coaches rock! I love the vibe and the community. The workouts are challenging, the energy is great and you feel accomplished when you are done. There is lots of support and comrodery which makes it an easy decision to get up and go on those days you may not be feeling it. Truly a great community and even better workout!

We love Padre Island CrossFit for kids! We've done it for almost one full school year. As her mother, I love that my daughter is learning how to move her body and lift weights, while still learning nutrition and how to properly fuel her body. Coach Cassie is an amazing example And Coach.

I have been a member for about 3 years now and am “50 something “ and feel better now than in my 30’s and 40’s…and quite possibly my 20’s! The community there is amazing. The coaches are wonderful and will work with you to help you achieve your goals. Drop in on a Saturday for their FREE community WOD (workout of the day) and see what it’s all about! (To be honest, Saturdays are my favorite! 😉) 🙌🏻
