You're charging me what??? We've been in the furniture business for years and stayed loyal to our previous credit card processor (I'm not sure why - convenience?). I just finished my first partial month with Small Business Cooperative and saved over $1,400 from what I had previously been charged. I called to ask when the other bill would get here and was told there isn't another bill. That's it! Not only will I save close to $20,000 this year in processing fees, but I was wrong about the "convenience" of staying with the old company. The training we received to transition to a new system took an overwhelming situation and made it simple. Business is good, but it's hard to increase revenue when people are being more cautious about their spending. Cutting our processing expenses goes straight to our bottom line. While I wish I would have learned about this company a long time ago, I'm thankful to finally be onboard and saving money now.
