My daughter loves this gym and loves training here. Coach Ian has been great with helping her return from a torn ACL and only missed a couple weeks training after surgery before she was back training with him. He really personalized her workouts so she could continue getting stronger in others areas while her knee healed. Love that she loves to go workout with him.

My boys love going to EBA and working out with Ian. They have been doing sports for years, they are small and quick but they struggled to get stronger. After working out for only a couple weeks, I could already to tell a difference in their performance on the court. For me, I love that Ian measures their results. The boys can see how they have improved in there strength and their speed. I highly recommend EBA Performance, no matter what sport your child is playing, you will definitely see the results!

EBA is the best gym in southern Indiana through the relationships made and the programs provided by Ian. I’ve gone for over a year now and I’ve seen large increases in my speed as well as gains in pitching and hitting velocity. I’ve made many friendships with others who attend and the environment is amazing for those to learn and get stronger.
