I travel for work and end up going to lots of gyms across the country. I ended up spending a little over 4 months in Suffolk and went to this gym daily. It was by far my favorite gym to date.The coaches and leadership were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went to every time slot and every class throughout my time in the area and all were excellent. Also worth mentioning is the gym has a large, clean, and well maintained space. if you are visiting or live in the area it is definitely worth a visit.

Great box with great people! I love coming to this place and I even bring my kids to sit on the side during class. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, and the members are welcoming. I can tell this gym will be around for a long time to come.
