Gilroy construction did our roof about a month ago and it was an amazing process! Getting our quote was easy and we did not feel pressured or overcharged like some other places made us feel. They protected the exterior of my house, stripped off my old roof, installed new wood sheathing to bring my house up to current Building Code, and installed my new roof in one day, doing a thoroughly detailed cleaning of my entire property prior to leaving. Their cleanup was superior to many other roofing projects by other companies in my neighborhood, where some debris was overlooked and left behind. Our roof looks great and we've received many compliments on it. One unfortunate event was the cost increase due to material shortages and inflation from Dec. 2021 to May of 2022. Ed forwarded the detailed revised estimate required by my insurance company for price adjustment, and shortly thereafter i received the additional compensation, making the process almost stress- free.
