This was the easiest thing I've ever done. It literally is more stressful to order pizza delivery than it was to do this. The price was good and the online reservation holds your hand...so I was never unsure of what I was doing. I hate peopling so I signed up under my husband's name so he could do the face to face. We communicated over text and they were great. Unfortunately my husband was at work for both drop off and pick up ....however, I literally just had to hand over cash to cover the balance and point at a spot in the yard and an open receptacle before scurrying away. Then for pick up, I just waved through the window. It was glorious. Next time I won't even feel compelled to push the task off on my husband. Also, the money collector guy circled back to make sure my overpayment wasn't an accidental miscalculation rather than a tip. I appreciate that kind of honesty in a company.

We enjoyed the units very much !!!!As a small business owner myselfI found that the 4 young men that delivered the water slide and bounce house were very professional and on point with their jobs.Not sure if it was the same young men that picked it up or not.Either way i was at work when they picked it up.I would like to point out that not only did they pick up the units but they also rolled my water hose up and pulled my generator ( which is what was used for power to units) and placed it neatly next to my lawnmower so it was not left in yard.So thanks to you and your employees for a great experience with your company

We had a great experience renting with Red Stick Event Rentals. Their team set up and took everything down in no time at all. The staff were friendly, polite and easy to work with. They made sure the bounce house was set up exactly how I wanted it and were careful with the yard with removal. They were great about emailing and texting me with reminders and times of arrival. I will definitely rent from them again for future parties!

Justin is absolutely the best!!! We saw that it was going to be pouring rain on our wedding day and we had to change all of our plans. He came out to the site the week before and helped us with changing the layout. A+++ service. He had his people setting up the day before early to avoid setting up in the rain. The tents were a lifesaver and let our guests be comfortable and stay longer with a dry place to be. We will be using them for all of our events in the future!!

Mr Justin is very helpful and nice. I had rented a slide from another company, the day of delivery they called to let me know they could not bring the waterslide with the slip and slide because damage and they did not have another one like that . I call red stick rental an talked to Mr. Justin he said I have one waterslide with the slip and slide. I can have it there in a hour, and it was delivered a hour later. The slide was clean, like new shape, the two young man that set it up was super nice and did a great job. I am so thankful that they where able to save my event, and I will be renting from them again!!!
