We had some water damage that we didn’t know about until Justin and Brandon pointed it out and then they came in and made our floors look brand new! The quality of their work and the attention to detail was amazing. Our floors did not even look this good when they were originally put in! We were referred to Excel Floors by a ALA Architects and couldn't be happier. We originally had site finished wood floors put in on the main floor when we built the house (three years ago) and wanted to get wood flooring installed on the second floor to match. They did an excellent job. In fact, it's almost too good - our original floors (on the main floor) don't look as nice as what they did. The price was very competitive and we had a great working relationship with the owner Justin.

Excellent, excellent work. The attention to detail with those who did the work on my floors was above and beyond. They were patient with our questions and informative about the products that were being used. Even with the attention to detail and and the many questions we needed answered, they were done in three days. So, as well as being extremely competent at refinishing the floors and putting up with inquisitive customers, they were also efficient. It was a very stress free experience and my newly refinished floors look fantastic! Thanks Excel!

This company's attention to detail is fantastic. Justin spent time discussing our quote and answering important questions. Brandon took over as on site manager for our flooring project. He continued to answer any and all questions and concerns we had regarding our floors. We knew what to expect and the process was smooth and the outcome gorgeous. I work for a retail furniture store and the delivery service we use damaged a customers floor. She called excell out to give her an estimate. His estimate would have been $1400, but the customer wanted him to inflate the estimate to over $5000. Not only did he not do that, he took the time to call me and inform me of the customers actions. It's good to know that there are honest hard working companies out there, especially in a time where everyone is trying to make a quick buck. I will definitely be calling excell to refinish my hardwood floors in my house when the time is right. If the owner is this honest to me, a non customer, he must take great care of his real customers.
