After a recent hail storm I call Phil M at Total Roofing Systems because his company had replaced my previous roof a couple of years ago. His response was immediate and he was here the next and completed a complete inspection of our roof. There was no damage to the roof or the gutters.I would recommend Total to anyone experiencing roof damage. The roof they installed was done professionally, looks great and the perimeter around our house was completely cleaned up so no nails or building materials were left in our yard. Phil came out for daily inspections of the work being done and ensured we were completely satisfied. It is so nice to experience the kind of customer service Phil and his crews exhibited for our entire project. The roof looks great and we also received seamless gutters which were professionally installed and look great. I know who we will call the anytime we have concerns about our roof. My impression of this company is very highly recommended, I had recent storm damage I was very impressed with how quickly my inspection was preformed after calling and being put on the schedule, I received my quote and I say that for the damage that was done it was well worth it to have this company help to maintain the longevity of my roof. I want to say that Phil and his team are amazing with keeping me up to date with the process as well as being very professional in their response with some of my questions and letting me know throughout the repair. Phil and his team are the BEST company I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Phil came out after a major storm and quickly worked on multiple roofs for a very reasonable price. He also came out on a last minute notice multiple times after the buyer of my home insisted on inspections and having several shingles replaced. Always very nice and works really quickly. I’m going to continue to recommend him and his team even though I no longer will personally be using his services as my home has sold.
