I found the social media sports tips, as essential knowledge to take care of pains, remotely. The care package cost for services extends multiple months. Then I contacted Dr. O and he couldn't provide the shot either. He did recommend something called dry needling which was referred to as the acupuncture of the west. This combined with stretching and some massage, I was feeling much better after an hour or so, and my body's crooked shape had become much more normal. I recently dislocated my shoulder. After doing an MRI I was told that I would need surgery due to having a labral tear. The ortho doctor told me something as simple as reaching for my seatbelt could cause my shoulder to dislocate again (yikes). Of course I did a little research in ran across Dr. O's office. I figured there would be no harm in consulting with a sports physical therapist. After reviewing my orthopedic notes, Dr. O confirmed that I did have a labral tear but it was a grade 1 tear. After informing me that if I gave him two months he could get my full range of motion back. I immediately signed up for the 12 sessions. This was the best decision I could have made. Dr. O is professional and is very knowledgeable ,so trusting him with my recovery process was a no brainer. By my 4th visit I could tell a difference. Every session my shoulder was getting stronger and my mobility was getting better. Some days were more painful than others but around the 5th session my pain was very minimal. By my 12th session I regained my full range of motion. I was able to (believe it or not) bench press again. I'm going to continue my exercises on my own at home for another month or two then go get another MRI done to see if I'm on the right path. I can't thank Dr. O enough for the assistance with getting my recovery back on track. Great physical therapy place for athlete recovery. My son is a high school football player that loves to use the float tanks for muscle recovery and the other therapy services to keep his body healthy throughout the season.
