I’ve been going here since around December for issues with my jaw locking, and seeing them has been beneficial for my whole body. The entire staff is so friendly and personable and genuinely makes an effort to get to know their patients. It truly feels like a family!Suzanne at the front desk is especially amazing. She makes a point to know everyone and always recognizes patients which makes you feel so welcomed. Dr. Plemmon is also great, and I always feel comfortable and welcomed everytime I go. I recently started seeing Amanda, their massage therapist, as well, and she has been so helpful. I really enjoy seeing her every week!I also really appreciate their approach to helping relieve pain. I love that they recommend things like exercises, stretches, and lifestyle changes to help address the underlying cause rather than just focusing on temporarily masking symptoms. It makes me feel like they genuinely want to help me improve long-term.I’m so glad I found this office and would definitely recommend them!

I always have a positive experience here. I love all the staff. The care about you and how you're doing. They are always doing their best to squeeze me in when I need an extra adjustment. They've helped me manage my scoliosis as well as helping with migraines. I highly recommend Zehr Chiropractic!

When I first went in to see Dr. Zehr I could barely sit down and struggled to get into the car to drive. After just a couple weeks I was able to sit again and back to being able to do most things. After a couple months I was back to normal and able to do pretty much anything. When I had a “flair up” and had a trip planned they worked me in so I was adjusted before I left. The staff is great and super friendly.

As a frequent back pain sufferer who had never thought about Chiropractic care, I was suggested by a friend, Amanda who actually works at Zehr Chiropractic, and they got me in speedy quick. Well fast forward a year, I am still a faithful patient of Dr Plemon. He is SO good at what he does. My back has never felt better!! Seriously, the immediate relief I feel after each appointment is incredible. After my last appointment yesterday, Rebecca one of the amazing receptionists there recommended a supplement they carry for sleep. LET ME TELL YOU THIS STUFF IS LIFE CHANGING! It’s been well over a decade since I’ve slept decently. My brain won’t shut off to let me rest. The bottle says to take 6 pumps (be prepared it tastes nasty!!!!) but I only did 4 pumps. After 20 minutes I could hardly keep my eyes open. I fell asleep SO QUICK and then slept for SIX STRAIGHT HOURS without waking up once. That hasn’t happened in well over 10 years!!!!! Then I was able to fall back asleep for another three hours. This supplement is seriously life changing for me!! It’s called Liposomal Tranquinox Deep and I’m telling you it’s worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!! I have not been to a Chiropractor in 20yrs, hurt my back and found Zehr. Not the snap and crack methon from years past, take many X-rays then determine what is wrong and make a plan. Feeling much better but it takes time. I recommend Zehr to anyone who hasn't been to the chiropractor in awhile.

I have been going to see Dr. Zehr since 2008. I had a lower back issue and my MD told me it was arthritis and I would have to live with it the rest of my life. A friend recommended Dr Zehr. I am so glad she did. He found the issue right away. My top vertebrae, the atlas, was out. He doesn’t manipulate or crack my back, he uses an activator method that causes absolutely no pain. I have recommended him to family and friends. I go every couple of months to make sure I’m still good and it is worth every penny.
