First experience with any gym and I can recommend. Coaches are fantastic and always helpful with my many questions. 6 weeks in and I’m already feeling and seeing results in terms of strength, energy, and clothes fitting better!

Did some drop-ins here during my vacation and if those deadlifts hadn't been that heavy, I would have probably done double classes Coaches are great and very professional, community is very nice and welcoming, and they even have a shop with crossfit gear and a small restaurant (paleo, what else...?!). A "must" for every crossfitter in Prague!
