It's a skating rink, not much to say there; but, the bar area upstairs is a different story. The bar service is very slow overall. One bartender was pretty fast, but the other one seemed as if he was in training. Then he closed down his cash register during peek time while another person came behind the bar to clean vs help customers. It ended up being 3 people behind the bar, but only one making drinks. It was just poor service. I notified the manager on duty about the situation and how much money they were losing. She seemed unfazed. Less
