I love the coaches at CrossFit EMC! I do not live in the area but whenever I visit I make sure to visit this gym. I’ve been coached by both Ron and Ana and have had amazing experiences.

I've been attending Crossfit EMC for nearly 5 years. The entire experience has been remarkable and rewarding. All of my instructors have been great. My current instructor Matt Gage is extremely knowledgeable, and always friendly and welcoming, not something that is necessarily easy to do at 6:30 a.m. A variety of folks belong to this "box", different ages, backgrounds and physical conditions. Each individual gets a lot of personal attention from the instructor, with a strong focus on the basic elements of Crossfit. I would recommend this Crossfit to EMC to anyone sincerely interested in improving their physical condition. I'll be 64 in a few months, and I attribute the fact I am as strong as I was at 45 to my experience at Crossfit EMC.Update. Now 73, still a regular attendee. No change in my opinion. Had a great experience with Ron today. As always. Kind, gentle, encouraging and knowledgeableHe is a real treasure at EMC, and we are very lucky to have him.

Ron was our coach this morning. Our family of 5 dropped in and had a great workout. Ron was super friendly, encouraging and explained every movement with details and demonstrations. We usually try out different CrossFits throughout our travels but we will be back to CrossFit EMC tomorrow! Tysm!

Ron as usual since the day I started years ago always does a great job. Not only does he pay attention to my form, he also finds ways to help me focus on improving the little things that will help eventually improve on the bigger things. He always encourages me to push just a little more than I think I can and he is always right in that, because I am always able to go just a little further or heavier etc.. He cares about his class and that’s not just a cliche saying, he truly does as do the other coaches. It’s why I have stayed at EMC!
